Right of Withdrawal

Following an order placed in our online store, consumers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within fourteen days of receiving the ordered product.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products or devices that are damaged or malfunctioned due to improper use.

The General Terms and Conditions contain detailed information about the Right of Withdrawal. We send the General Terms and Conditions and the Withdrawal Form as PDF attachments with every order in the automatic order confirmation email.

Process for Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

• Only individual consumers are entitled to exercise the right of withdrawal.
• The right of withdrawal can be exercised within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing a reason.
• If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, please send the completed withdrawal form to info@medimarket.com.
• If for some reason you send a postal letter, we recommend sending it by registered mail so that the date of dispatch can be clearly proven.
• Your withdrawal declaration should include a list of the products affected by the withdrawal.
• Please provide the account number and account holder's name so we can refund the purchase price.

• Withdrawal may include: devices, power adapters, accessories (cables, connectors, distributors, cuffs, control heads, etc.), unopened hygiene and consumable products.
• Opened hygiene products and consumables (including but not limited to adhesive and reusable electrodes, gel, salt, body cavity probes, stimulating gloves/socks, etc.) are not subject to the repurchase obligation, please do not return these.
• Return shipping costs are borne by the purchaser.
• DO NOT send the product cash on delivery! We cannot accept packages sent cash on delivery, and you will also bear the cost of returning them!
• We will examine the returned product upon its arrival.
• The repurchase guarantee does not apply to products that have been used improperly or damaged. The purchaser is also responsible for paying for damages resulting from improper use.
• In the withdrawal notification letter, please provide the account number, account holder's name, bank name, and for foreign accounts the IBAN and/or SWIFT code of the account to which you wish to receive the product price refund.
• The refund will be processed as soon as possible after the product's return, but at the latest within fourteen (14) days.
• If you wish to return the product in person, you have this option, but we do not provide cash refunds at our customer service.

Exceptions to the Consumer's Right of Withdrawal and Cancellation *

Section 29 (1) The consumer cannot exercise the right under Section 20

• a) in the case of a contract for the provision of services, after the complete performance of the service, if the enterprise began the performance with the consumer's express prior consent, and the consumer acknowledged that they would lose their right of cancellation after the complete performance of the service;
• c) in the case of products that are not pre-manufactured, which were produced according to the consumer's instructions or express request, or products that were clearly customized for the consumer;
• d) regarding perishable products or products that maintain their quality for only a short time;
• e) regarding sealed packaged products that cannot be returned after opening following delivery for health protection or hygiene reasons; (note: According to the regulation, we only accept such materials and equipment in unopened packaging.)
• f) regarding products that, by their nature, become inseparably mixed with other products after delivery;
