Medintim Active Erection System

The Active Erection System is a medical device for achieving an erection.

The motor of the vacuum pump has a two-year warranty. All parts can be stored in the included bag until next use.

• The tube placed on the penis creates vacuum with the pump, inducing local blood flow that helps achieve an erection.
• After reaching the erection, the ring on the tube is pulled to the base of the penis when removing the tube to prevent blood backflow, thereby maintaining the erection and aiding normal sexual intercourse.
• The Active Erection System is easily cleaned with warm water. All parts, including the four rings of different sizes, can be reordered even years later.

Possible causes of erectile dysfunction:

• diabetes
• high blood pressure
• heart failure
• elevated blood lipid level
• depression or other psychiatric disorders
• neurological disorders (multiple sclerosis, paralysis)
• prostate diseases or surgery
• vascular diseases affecting the penis
• liver and kidney failure
• conditions following heart attack and stroke
• side effects of medications (e.g. blood pressure medicines, heart rhythm regulators, lipid-lowering agents, anti-inflammatories, antidepressants, diuretics)
• hormonal disorders
• alcohol and drug problems
• smoking
