StimVet 2000 Electrotherapy Device

The StimVet 2000 is a muscle and pain relief electrostimulation device designed for treating small animals (cats, dogs) and horses.
In veterinary rehabilitation and physiotherapy, electric current is used for two primary purposes: reducing the sensation of pain and stimulating excitatory tissues (muscles).
The electricity promotes pain relief through membrane hyperpolarization based on the Gate control theory, as well as increased hyperemia and elevated levels of morphine-like mediators.
