Lymphedema affecting the arm is usually unilateral, meaning you may only need to purchase one arm cuff.
If you wish to use the device as an athlete to improve muscle recovery, it is advisable to buy two arm cuffs so you can treat both arms simultaneously.
The arm cuff features a Velcro strap that allows you to secure it under the opposite armpit.
Before purchasing, measure the circumference of your arm at the following points: wrist, forearm, and upper arm just below the armpit. With these measurements, you can choose the correct size.
The arm cuff is available in sizes M and L.
