Lymphatic Massage Accessories
For treatment of the upper thigh, hip, buttock and abdominal areas, you can choose between two cuff types: pants-style and belt-style.
You need these cuffs if your lymphedema extends all the way to your thigh. In this case, you need to treat your torso as well as your legs.
Additional applications include beauty care, particularly cellulite treatment and post-cavitation (fat-dissolving treatment) fat removal.
The pants-style cuff provides more effective treatment because it completely surrounds the thigh and buttocks.
The belt-style cuff can be thought of as a mini-skirt, and accordingly, the inner side of the thigh and the lower part of the buttocks do not receive treatment.
Pants-style Cuff
The pants-style cuff ensures effective and fully circumferential treatment of the upper thigh, buttock area and lower abdomen.
This is the ideal device for thigh and hip lymphedema.
It features three rows of zippers, allowing a wide range of size (circumference) adjustment. In the illustration below, the numbers indicate: smallest – middle – maximum size.
Excellent for beauty purposes, especially for cellulite treatment and after cavitation (fat-dissolving treatment).
The pants-style cuff has a “built-in” air seal, so no separate hose needs to be ordered.
Belt-style Cuff
Place the cuff around your torso like a belt, starting where the top of the thigh cuff is. Fasten it to the appropriate size with Velcro.
The belt-type torso treatment cuff is less effective than the pants-style cuff, but it is more affordable.
Suitable for lymphedema treatment and beauty care, e.g., cellulite treatment.
The torso cuff requires a separate air hose.
Before choosing a cuff, measure your circumferences at the following locations: abdomen (one palm width below the navel) and hips. With the measured data, you can select the appropriate size.
