About the G-Pulse programmes

The G-Pulse programmes are microcurrent treatments created by cosmetologists and optimised for beauty care. They can primarily be used to treat wrinkles, stretch marks and skin imperfections.

After the age of thirty, the skin's metabolism begins to slow down, gradually changing the skin tissues. The renewal process becomes increasingly weaker. As a result, the skin becomes thinner and loses elasticity.

The collagen level in the skin decreases, while fibrotic elements increase. As a consequence, the skin loses its firmness and radiance and becomes dry and brittle. Wrinkles and chromatic (colour) changes appear and gradually become more numerous.

G-Pulse treatments

A special G-Trode treatment head is needed to carry out G-Pulse treatments. It is included as standard with the Activa 700 device; it must be purchased separately for other devices (Runner Pro, Cycling Pro, Triathlon Pro, Moto Pro, Soccer Pro).

The treatment should be carried out directly on wrinkles and the skin imperfections to be treated. As this is an electrical treatment, contact gel must be used to transmit the impulses. Apply a pea-sized amount to the skin. Place both balls of the G-Trode treatment head on the skin (both must remain in continuous contact with the skin). Move it outwards from the centre line, making small circular movements.

You may enhance the effect of the treatment with cosmetics. First apply the cosmetic to the skin, rub it in and allow it to absorb. Then apply the contact gel and carry out the treatment with it. Cosmetics do not replace the gel!

When will the results be visible?

Wrinkles and other skin imperfections begin to decrease after the first treatment, then gradually disappear. New collagen filling the grooves makes the skin look fresher and smoother.

Microcurrent G-Pulse treatment increases energy production in the skin cells of the treated area, which initiates collagen production in the mitochondria. Regular use is recommended for the effect to develop. As remodelling of the skin tissues takes time, visible changes can be expected after 40-50 treatments. However, this effect is lasting and can be maintained with further treatments.

The regenerative mechanism of G-Pulse consists of two phases:

1. The microcurrent stimulation of G-Pulse provides the energy (ATP) needed for cell metabolism and protein synthesis. As numerous studies have shown, microstimulation regenerates cells and restores tissue vitality.

Recommendations for using the G-Trode treatment head

• Select the appropriate electrostimulation programme on the device, then move the hand-held electrode over the treated area using slow, circular movements.
• Use a neutral conductive gel to increase the stimulating effect of the treatment head.
• The effect can be enhanced by using a gel with a collagen-stimulating effect.
• The treatment head must remain in continuous contact with your skin during treatment.
• Keep a distance of at least 3 cm between the electrode and the eyeball!
• Pay attention to the intensity setting when treating the facial muscles, as they are particularly sensitive.
• Increase the intensity gradually, starting from an extremely low stimulation level and gradually raising it until the appropriate stimulation level is reached, as indicated by suitable muscle activity.
• Use an intensity that does not cause an unpleasant sensation.
• When treating the face, more pain = greater effect is NOT TRUE; use the appropriate intensity!
