To select the cuff, measure the circumference at the following points:

• for leg cuffs: ankle – lower leg – kneecap – upper thigh
• for arm cuff: wrist – forearm – upper arm below the underarm
• for waist cuff: abdomen, just below the navel by a palm's width – hips
