The Manual Erection System is a medical device for achieving erection.

The tube placed on the penis creates a vacuum with the hand pump, which causes local blood congestion helping erection.
After achieving erection, the ring on the tube is pulled to the base of the penis as the tube is removed, preventing blood backflow, thereby maintaining the erection and aiding normal sexual intercourse.
The Manual Erection System can be easily cleaned with warm water.
All parts, including the four different-sized rings, can be reordered even years later.
All parts can be stored in the included bag until the next use.
