Who might it be suitable for?
The motor pump creates vacuum at the push of a button, so no manual pumping is required. This disturbs the intimate situation less.
Some heart medications make oral erection drugs unsuitable, in others the medication may be ineffective or cause side effects. The mechanical vacuum solution can replace medication in such cases.
Erectile dysfunction often coexists with conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure, cardiovascular disease or neurological disorders. In these cases a vacuum device can be a drug-free alternative after medical consultation. For rehabilitation after prostate surgery see the Rehabi PVT penis trainer.
How does it work? – Mechanism of action
The physiological basis of an erection is blood flowing into and expanding the corpora cavernosa. A vacuum device mechanically supports this process: the motor pump creates reduced pressure (vacuum) inside the tube, producing negative pressure around the penis that promotes local blood inflow and erection formation.
After achieving an erection, placing a constriction ring at the base of the penis reduces blood outflow, so the erection persists after removing the tube – for up to half an hour. The device contains no active pharmaceutical ingredient, so its effect does not pharmacologically burden the body.
Frequently asked questions
The constriction ring may be kept on for a maximum of 30 minutes, never longer. If you experience any pain, numbness or discoloration, remove the ring immediately.
When on anticoagulant therapy or if you have a bleeding disorder, using a vacuum device carries an increased risk of bruising. In such cases consult your treating physician before use.
The difference is how the vacuum is created: the Active Erection System uses a rechargeable motor pump (one-handed, at the push of a button), whereas the Manual Erection System is manual. The erection mechanism and ring-based maintenance are identical for both.
With proper use it is not painful. At first the vacuum and the constriction ring may feel unusual, but the lubricant gel and correct ring size help ensure comfortable use.
The product belongs to the category of intimate hygiene devices; for health protection and hygiene reasons we only accept returns for unopened, sealed packaging (Government Decree 45/2014. (II. 26.), §29 (1) e)).
How to use? Step by step
Preparation
Apply the supplied lubricant gel to the tube rim and to the base of the penis. Choose the constriction ring size that fits you, and check that the pump battery is charged.
Create vacuum at the push of a button
Place the penis in the tube, press the tube rim against the body, and start the motorized pump. The vacuum builds gradually, causing local blood engorgement and resulting in an erection.
Applying the ring
After achieving an erection, slide the ring on the tube to the base of the penis, then remove the tube. The ring maintains the erection — for up to 30 minutes.
Cleaning and storage
After use, the tube and rings are easy to clean with warm water. All components can be stored in the supplied bag until the next use.

Important information
Erectile dysfunction often has an underlying treatable disease, so the cause of symptoms should always be investigated by a physician — a vacuum device addresses the symptom but does not treat the underlying cause. Use the product only according to the user manual and only as an adult. The product is an intimate hygiene device and can only be returned if unopened.
This description does not replace medical advice. For persistent or unexplained erectile dysfunction, consult your physician or urologist. CE medical device certification (Class I).
