Right of withdrawal

After placing an order in the webshop, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within fourteen days from receiving the ordered product.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products or devices that are damaged or malfunctioning due to improper use.

The General Terms and Conditions contain detailed information about the Right of Withdrawal. We send the General Terms and Conditions and the Withdrawal form as a PDF attachment with the automatic order confirmation email for every order.

Procedure for exercising the right of withdrawal

• The right of withdrawal can be exercised by an individual consumer.
• The right of withdrawal can be exercised within 14 days from receipt of the product, without giving a reason.
• If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, send the completed withdrawal form to [email protected].
• If you send a letter by post for any reason, it is recommended to send it as registered mail so that the dispatch date can be clearly proven.
• Your withdrawal statement must include a list of the products affected by the withdrawal.
• Provide the account number and the account holder's name so that we can refund the purchase price.

• The right of withdrawal may concern: device, power adapter, accessories (cable, connector, splitter, cuff, treatment head, etc.), unopened hygiene products and consumables.
• The repurchase obligation does not apply to opened hygiene products and consumables (including, among others, self-adhesive and reusable electrodes, gel, salt, body cavity probe, stimulating glove-sock, etc.); do not send these back.
• Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
• Do NOT send the product cash on delivery! We cannot accept parcels returned cash on delivery, and you will also bear the cost of returning such parcels.
• We will inspect the returned product upon receipt.
• The repurchase guarantee does not apply to products that have been used improperly or damaged. The buyer is also liable for damages resulting from improper use.
• In the withdrawal notification letter, provide the account number and account holder's name, the bank's name, and for foreign accounts the IBAN and/or SWIFT code to which you wish the purchase price to be refunded.
• The refund will be made as soon as possible after the product has been returned, but no later than fourteen (14) days.
• If you wish to return the product in person, you may do so, but our customer service does not provide cash refunds.

Exceptions to the consumer's right of withdrawal and termination *

Section 29 (1) The consumer may not exercise the right under Section 20

• a) in the case of a contract for the provision of services, after full performance of the service, where the business began performance with the consumer's explicit prior consent and the consumer acknowledged that they would lose their right of withdrawal after full performance of the service;
• c) for a product that is not prefabricated and was produced according to the consumer's instructions or at the consumer's explicit request, or for a product that was clearly made to the consumer's specifications;
• d) for perishable goods or goods with a short shelf life;
• e) for sealed products which cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed after delivery; (note: we accept such materials and equipment only in unopened packaging in accordance with the regulation.)
• f) for products which by their nature become inseparably mixed with other items after delivery;
