For treating the upper thigh, hip, buttocks and abdomen, you can choose between two types of cuffs: pant-style and belt-style.
You need these cuffs if your lymphedema extends up to your thigh. In that case, besides the leg, your trunk also needs treatment.
Their additional uses include beauty care, specifically cellulite treatment and fat removal after cavitation (fat-dissolving procedure).
The pant-style cuff provides more effective treatment as it fully encircles the thigh and buttocks, while the belt-style cuff resembles a mini skirt and leaves the inner thigh and lower buttocks untreated.
The pant-style cuff ensures efficient, fully circumferential treatment of the upper thigh, buttock area and lower abdomen. It’s ideal for thigh-hip lymphedema. It features three rows of zippers, allowing a wide adjustable fit (minimum - middle - maximum size). Excellent for beauty treatments, particularly cellulite and post-cavitation fat removal. The pant-style cuff has a built-in air seal, so no separate hose is needed.
This cuff is worn like a belt, starting where the top of the thigh cuff sits and secured with Velcro to the desired size. It’s less effective than the pant-style cuff but more affordable. Suitable for lymphedema therapy and beauty care (e.g., cellulite treatment). An air hose must be ordered separately for the trunk cuff.
Before choosing a cuff, measure your circumferences at your abdomen (one palm width below the navel) and hips. With these measurements, you can select the correct size.
