Cellulite, sagging skin – despite every diet and workout? The Lipozero Excel offers professional therapeutic ultrasound technology for home use – so you can control the salon treatment Why choose the Lipozero Excel? 3 MHz – penetrates deeply The 3 MHz frequency is optimized for superficial tissues: it delivers energy into the subcutaneous fat and connective tissue — where cellulite forms. 7 pre-programmed treatments No need to be an expert: the CELU MAX, CELLULITE, MASSAGE, SCULPTING, DRAINAGE, STRETCH MARKS and active-ingredient delivery programs are already optimally configured. Salon-level treatment at home The same professional technology used in cosmetic salons — but on your schedule, without repeated salon fees. CE certified Manufactured according to EU medical device standards (Class I) — safe, tested, reliable technology. What to use it for? Despite exercise and diet, do you still have cellulite on your thighs? ▼ Sound familiar? You've been training regularly for months, you watch your diet and the scale shows progress — but that stubborn cellulite remains on your thighs and buttocks. Cellulite is not necessarily a question of excess weight: it involves the structure of fat cells and connective tissue, which is hard to change with diet alone. Therapeutic ultrasound can support tissue metabolism through micromechanical action and heat generation. Studies indicate that ultrasound treatments can positively influence the condition of subcutaneous tissues. The CELU MAX program offers a 20-minute intensive protocol for the most stubborn areas. Usage tip: Treat the problem area 2–3 times per week. For best results, use an anti-cellulite gel or cream during treatment — ultrasound assists ingredient absorption. Is your skin loose and sagging after weight loss? ▼ You lost weight and are happy with the results — but your skin didn't follow. Hanging, sagging skin remains on the abdomen, upper arms and thighs. This is natural: the skin's elastic fibers cannot adapt as quickly as the fat tissue decreases. The thermal effect and micromechanical stimulation of ultrasound can favorably influence connective tissue condition. Clinical studies show that regular ultrasound treatments can help improve skin firmness. Usage tip: The SCULPTING program is specifically designed for skin tightening. Combine with a firming cream for maximum effect. Do stretch marks remain after pregnancy or weight gain? ▼ Stretch marks result from the tearing of the skin's elastic fibers. After pregnancy, rapid weight gain or growth spurts, these whitish-pink lines often remain on the abdomen, breasts and thighs. Therapeutic ultrasound's micro-stimulation can support the skin's regenerative processes. The STRETCH MARKS program uses a gentler, lower-intensity protocol optimized specifically for stretch-marked areas. Important: For fresh, red stretch marks, wait until the area is fully healed. Ultrasound can be safely used on older, whitish stretch marks. Your expensive skincare products still don't deliver results? ▼ You invested in quality cosmetics but see little change. The skin's stratum corneum acts as a natural barrier — most active ingredients simply cannot penetrate to the deeper layers where they would be effective. Sono-phoresis (ultrasound-assisted active-ingredient delivery) temporarily increases skin permeability, allowing active components of cosmetic products to penetrate deeper. The APP. ACTIVE PRINC. program was specifically developed for this purpose. Usage tip: Use with your favorite facial serum or body lotion. Best results are achieved with water-based, oil-free products — oil impedes ultrasound transmission. Do cramped, tense muscles bother you after workouts? ▼ After intense exercise muscles can be crampy and tense. Lactate accumulates and tissues feel fatigued. Stretching and rest help — but recovery can sometimes take days. The thermal effect and micro-vibration of therapeutic ultrasound can favorably influence muscle tissue regeneration. The MASSAGE program offers a mild-intensity protocol for relaxation, while DRAINAGE is optimized to support lymphatic circulation. Warning: Do NOT use the device on fresh sports injuries (sprain, tear)! Wait until acute inflammation subsides (at least 48–72 hours) and consult a physiotherapist or sports doctor. How to use? It's this simple: 1 Preparation Clean the treatment area. Apply a generous amount of ultrasound gel or suitable cream (oil-free!) — there must be no air between the skin and the applicator. 2 Select program Turn on the device and use the P+ / P- buttons to select the program that matches your goals: CELU MAX for intensive cellulite treatment, SCULPTING for firming, MASSAGE for relaxation. 3 Treatment Press OK to start. Move the applicator continuously in circular or longitudinal motions — never keep it stationary! Adjust intensity with the up/down buttons. 4 Finish At the end of the program the device stops automatically. Wipe off residual gel and moisturize the treated area with a nourishing cream. Clean the applicator with a damp cloth. What's in the package? Globus Lipozero Excel main unit 3 MHz therapeutic ultrasound applicator (Ø 4.4 cm) Power adapter (100–240V) Carrying case for safe storage Ultrasound gel (starter amount) User manual What else should you buy? ▼ The included gel is a starter amount — for regular use it's worth purchasing a larger size. For cellulite treatments you can combine with a specialized anti-cellulite product. Recommended accessories: Ultrasound gel (500 ml): Medical-grade, water-based conductive gel — essential for effective device operation Anti-cellulite cream: Ultrasound aids ingredient absorption so you can boost cosmetic effects Firming serum: Products containing collagen, elastin or hyaluronic acid are ideal for combined treatment Buy accessories here: Ultrasound accessories → Frequently asked questions Can I use the ultrasound device during pregnancy? It depends on the treatment area! Use of therapeutic ultrasound on the abdomen or hip area during pregnancy is strictly forbidden. Avoid use if pregnancy is suspected! However, cosmetic treatments performed on the face do not pose a risk to the baby. Can I use it with a pacemaker? Use of the device is prohibited over the chest, back, shoulders or neck if you have an implanted pacemaker, because ultrasound may interfere with pacemaker function and could lead to life-threatening conditions. Consult your physician for any implanted electronic device! Treatment on the legs, hips and thighs does not present a risk. Is gel required for the treatment? Yes, using ultrasound gel is mandatory! Air absorbs ultrasound, so the gap between the head and the skin must be filled with gel. You may use a specialized anti-cellulite or firming cream, but only oil-free — oil blocks ultrasound transmission. How often can I use the device? For a given body area, 2–3 treatments per week are recommended, each lasting 10–20 minutes. Allow at least 48 hours between treatments. After a course of 6–8 weeks, a 2–3 week break is recommended. When are results visible for cellulite treatment? Results vary by individual. Most users report visible improvement after 4–6 weeks of regular use. Important: ultrasound is an adjunct treatment — best results are achieved when combined with a healthy lifestyle, proper nutrition and regular exercise. Is the treatment painful? No, the treatment is painless. You may feel mild warmth and pleasant vibration. If you experience any discomfort (stinging, burning), reduce the intensity or check that there is enough gel on the skin. When NOT to use the device? Pregnancy – therapeutic ultrasound may harm the fetus Thrombophlebitis – phlebitis with clot formation Cancer – ultrasound may promote metastasis Pacemaker or other implanted electronic device Metal implant, prosthesis in the treatment area Acute inflammatory areas (skin infection, wound, rash) Within 6 months after radiation therapy on the treated area Fever Under 15 years of age Over vital organs (heart, lungs, liver, kidney, ovaries, testicles, brain) Not sure? Consult your physician before use! Important information Therapeutic ultrasound is a complementary method — it does not replace medical treatment, dieting or regular exercise. Treating cellulite and skin issues requires a comprehensive approach. The device is intended to complement a healthy lifestyle. It does not replace specialist medical care.
