What is it for?
Cellulite is not always a weight issue: it relates to fat cells and connective tissue structure, which diet alone struggles to change. The 150 kHz CAVIMAX programs and multi‑frequency cavitation aim to improve the appearance of connective tissue and subcutaneous fat. There are specific programs for oedematous and fibrous cellulite.
Some areas – abdomen, hips, "love handles" – remain despite weight loss. Cavitation lipolysis programs can contribute to reducing the subcutaneous fat layer. After cavitation, light exercise (walking, swimming) or lymphatic massage supports the process.
The 526 kHz NorAd‑526 programs aim to support fat metabolism by stimulating noradrenaline production. This mode is specifically designed for male abdominal fat, with dedicated male programs (abdomen, hips).
The BEAUTY program pack supports skin tightening, body shaping, leg and lymphatic drainage, and stretch mark treatment. Ultrasound thermal effects and micro‑massage may positively affect connective tissue condition.
3 MHz penetrates only a few millimetres, so it is suitable for superficial beauty treatments. The SKIN program pack offers facial tightening, wrinkle treatments, scar and skin restructuring programs.
Ultrasound can temporarily increase skin permeability, allowing cosmetic active ingredients to penetrate deeper. Use water‑based, oil‑free formulations – oil inhibits ultrasound propagation.
Fat breakdown mechanism – what happens beneath the skin?
When adipose tissue is treated with low‑frequency ultrasound, cyclic waves create tiny gas bubbles around fat cells (cavitation). The collapse of these bubbles exerts a micro‑mechanical effect that can loosen the fat‑cell membrane and release fat droplets. The released fat is then carried away by the lymphatic and blood circulation, so light movement or lymphatic massage after treatment is recommended.
Meaningful cavitation effects occur almost exclusively at frequencies below 600 kHz: the lower the frequency, the deeper the tissue penetration. 150 kHz is recommended for cellulite and modest fat layers; 526 kHz supports fat metabolism via noradrenaline stimulation; 3 MHz is suitable for superficial beauty treatments. Frequency modulation (MF) may yield better results than a single fixed frequency, as it reaches tissues at different depths, according to research.
Frequently asked questions
Using cavitation ultrasound over the abdomen and hips during pregnancy is forbidden, and avoid it if pregnancy is suspected. If unsure, consult your treating physician.
Treatment is contraindicated with a pacemaker or other implanted electronic device. Avoid treatment near metal prostheses or osteosynthesis. For any implanted device, consult your physician first.
Yes, contact gel is mandatory. Air absorbs ultrasound, so the gap between the head and skin must be filled with gel. It can be combined with a cream only if the cream is oil‑free – oil blocks ultrasound propagation.
For a given body area, 2–3 treatments per week are recommended, 10–20 minutes per session, with at least 48 hours between treatments. After a course (6–8 weeks) a 2–3 week break is advisable.
Results vary between individuals. Most users report visible improvement after several weeks of regular use. Important: ultrasound is an adjunct treatment – lasting results require a healthy lifestyle, proper nutrition and exercise.
The Lipozero Excel is the entry model, only for 3 MHz superficial treatments. The Lipozero G150 is multi‑frequency (3 MHz – 150 kHz) and suitable for cavitation fat reduction. The Lipozero G39 is the professional flagship and also includes an extra 39 kHz deep cavitation head for thicker fat layers.
How to use it? It’s this simple:
Preparation
Clean the treatment area and apply plenty of contact gel. Do not leave air between the skin and the head – air absorbs ultrasound.
Select program
Turn on the device and use the P+ / P‑ buttons to choose the program that fits your goals: cavitation for fat pads, BEAUTY for firming, SKIN for the face.
Treatment
Start the program and move the head continuously in circular or long strokes – never leave it stationary. Adjust intensity with the Up/Down buttons to a comfortable level.
Finish and aftercare
Wipe off any remaining gel at the end of the program. After cavitation, light activity (walk, swim) or lymphatic massage supports the process. Clean the head with a damp cloth.
What’s in the package?
- 1 pc Lipozero G150 main unit
- 1 pc Multi‑frequency treatment head (3 MHz, 1 MHz, 526 kHz, 150 kHz – Ø 42 mm)
- 1 pc Contact gel (250 ml)

Important information
Cavitation ultrasound is an adjunct method – it does not replace medical treatment, dieting or regular exercise. Treating fat pads and cellulite requires a comprehensive approach. You can adjust the intensity anytime with the Up/Down buttons; in case of health issues do this only with medical approval.
The device is intended as a complement to a healthy lifestyle and does not replace specialist medical care. Effects described may vary between individuals. CE medical device certification (Class IIa).
