What to use it for?
The Ultracav programs for the 39 kHz probe are designed for thicker fat layers: full-body and thigh–buttock zones, according to fat thickness (3–6 cm and over 6 cm). This is the deepest-penetrating cavitation mode in the Lipozero range.
The 150 kHz Cavimax and the multi-frequency MF-Plus programs target the appearance of cellulite (including edematous and fibrous types) and local fat deposits, covering the abdomen, hips and thighs.
The 526 kHz NorAd mode aims to support fat metabolism by stimulating noradrenaline production – particularly effective for male abdominal fat. Dedicated male programs: abdomen, hips, upper and lower limbs.
The Beauty Care program package supports firming, body shaping (abdomen, legs), drainage (arms, legs), and stretch mark treatment. The ultrasound's thermal effect and micromassage can positively influence connective tissue condition.
The superficial 3 MHz skin programs offer facial firming, wrinkle treatment, scar treatment, rosacea and photoaging programs, as well as skin restructuring and smoothing.
Mechanism of fat reduction – what happens under the skin?
When adipose tissue is treated with low-frequency ultrasound, cyclical waves generate tiny gas bubbles around fat cells (cavitation). The collapse of these bubbles exerts a micromechanical effect that can disrupt fat cell membranes and release fat droplets. The released fat is transported by the lymphatic and blood circulation, so light activity or lymphatic massage after treatment is recommended.
Meaningful cavitation effects occur almost exclusively at frequencies below 600 kHz: the lower the frequency, the deeper it penetrates tissue. For this reason the G39 includes a dedicated 39 kHz probe for thicker fat layers, 150 kHz for cellulite and moderate fat layers, 526 kHz for noradrenaline-based fat mobilization, and 3 MHz for superficial beauty treatments. Frequency modulation (MF-Plus) has been shown in studies to provide better results than a single constant frequency because it reaches tissues at different depths.
Frequently asked questions
Using cavitation ultrasound on the abdomen and hip areas is prohibited during pregnancy, and it should be avoided if pregnancy is suspected. If uncertain, consult your physician.
Treatment is contraindicated with a pacemaker or other implanted electronic device. Avoid near metal prostheses or osteosynthesis. For any implanted device, consult your doctor first.
Use the Ø 50 mm 39 kHz probe for deep cavitation of thicker fat layers (Ultracav programs), and the Ø 42 mm multi-frequency probe for cellulite, body-shaping, beauty and skin programs. Both require contact gel.
For a given body area, 2–3 treatments per week are recommended, 10–20 minutes per session, with at least 48 hours between treatments. After a course (6–8 weeks) consider a 2–3 week break.
Results vary by individual. Most users report visible improvements after a few weeks of regular use. Important: ultrasound is an adjunctive treatment – lasting results are achieved when combined with a healthy lifestyle, proper nutrition and exercise.
The Lipozero G150 is multi-frequency (3 MHz – 150 kHz) with one probe. The G39 adds an extra Ø 50 mm, 39 kHz deep-cavitation probe and the Ultracav programs for thicker fat layers – a total of 49 programs. The G39 is the professional flagship.
How to use? It's this simple:
Select and prepare the probe
Choose the appropriate probe: the Ø 42 mm multi-frequency probe for versatile treatments, the Ø 50 mm 39 kHz probe for deep cavitation. Clean the skin and apply ample contact gel.
Select the program
Turn on the device and select the program that matches your goal: Ultracav or Cavimax for fat layers, NorAd for fat mobilization, Beauty Care/Skin for superficial treatments.
Treatment
Start the program and move the probe continuously in circular or longitudinal motions – never leave it stationary. Adjust intensity with the Up/Down buttons to a comfortable level.
Finish and aftercare
At the end of the program remove residual gel. Light activity (walking, swimming) or lymphatic massage after cavitation supports the process. Wipe the probes with a damp cloth.

Important information
Cavitation ultrasound treatment is an adjunctive method – it does not replace medical treatment, diet or regular exercise. Treating fat deposits and cellulite requires a comprehensive approach. You can adjust the output at any time with the Up/Down buttons; in case of health issues do so with medical approval. Knowledge of treatment protocols is recommended for professional use.
The device is intended to complement a healthy lifestyle and does not replace specialist medical care. Effects described may vary between individuals.
