PeriProbe V2STFW Vaginal Balloon Probe for Pressure-Biofeedback ETS
PeriProbe V2STFW: intracavitary (vaginal) probe for pressure-biofeedback-based ETS therapy, for use with the evoStim P device.
The PeriProbe V2STFW vaginal balloon probe is intended for combined use: electrostimulation, EMG biofeedback and manometry-based (pressure) biofeedback. This is the model where electrical connection and pressure measurement are present simultaneously, making it suitable for pressure-triggered ETS-type treatment when used with a compatible device.
According to the manufacturer, the V2STFW does not require a separate STL adapter: the electrical connection is made via two wires, while the pneumatic connection uses a Luer-Lock connector. On the electrical side it can be used for perineal stimulation or EMG biofeedback, and on the pneumatic side for pressure-biofeedback.
This product is recommended when you want feedback or triggered stimulation based on the patient’s own muscle contraction. In other words: you not only “apply the current”, but you also measure what the pelvic floor muscle is doing. This represents a much more refined rehabilitation logic.
The two ring electrodes have a gold-plated surface, manufactured with a nickel-free galvanic process as a standard feature of the PeriProbe family. This can be advantageous in cases of metal sensitivity.
Physical dimensions: total length 110 mm, diameter 15 / 25 mm, weight 35 g, electrode area 5.7 / 13.6 cm², connector 2 mm female + Luer-Lock.
