Probe Selection
All electrodes are a combination of plastic and metal. The electrode surfaces are coated with platinum-gold (an extremely thinly applied gold layer), so they can also be used in cases of metal allergy.
The incontinence therapy includes treatment of stress and urge incontinence, as well as fecal incontinence. Mixed incontinence can also be treated with a customized program or by applying the stress and urge incontinence programs consecutively.
For treating vaginismus, it is recommended to use the slender PeriSphera AT probe.
For EMG-based biofeedback, the 2- and 4-lead probes are also excellent. For pressure biofeedback, the PeriProbe VBFT and V2STFW probes are suitable.
