PeriSphera H Vaginal Probe

The PeriSphera H is a professional 4-electrode vaginal probe for the treatment of female urinary incontinence, suitable for electrostimulation and EMG biofeedback. Its main advantage is the electrode arrangement adapted to the vaginal resting H profile, which can separately sense and treat the right and left muscle activity of the pelvic floor.

According to the manufacturer, the probe's four radially arranged electrodes specifically target the two branches of the pubococcygeal muscle. This enables the muscle activity of each side to be measured independently during EMG biofeedback and to be treated asymmetrically during electrostimulation. This is a real therapeutic advantage when the two sides of the pelvic floor do not function identically.

Because of its four-lead design, the PeriSphera H is intended for two-channel treatment, making it recommended for use with the evoStim UG device. It is an especially good choice for physiotherapists, specialists experienced in urogynecological rehabilitation, or patients whose goals include not only stimulation but more precise feedback and side-specific control.

The electrodes are gold-plated with nickel-free technology, which is an added benefit in cases of metal allergy.
