PeriSphera O Vaginal Probe

The PeriSphera O is a vaginal probe used for electrotherapeutic treatment of female urinary incontinence and for EMG biofeedback. This is the base model of the PeriSphera family: a simple, easy-to-use solution for single-channel devices intended for general pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation.

Its two spherical, large-surface electrodes simultaneously stimulate the puborectalis muscle and both branches of the pubococcygeal muscle. The treatment is not performed side-by-side but as a global, “whole pelvic floor” type stimulation. This is particularly practical for home use because insertion orientation is less critical, and the shape ensures comfortable fit and stable retention in the supine position.

The electrode surface is gold-plated using a nickel-free technique. This is an important advantage for metal sensitivity, especially nickel allergy, because the metal surface contacting the mucosa is not stainless steel but a gold-plated electrode.
