PeriSphera U vaginal probe

PeriSphera U is a 4-electrode, dual-circuit vaginal probe for the treatment of female urinary incontinence, suitable for electrical stimulation and EMG biofeedback. It is recommended when you need more than general pelvic floor stimulation and require a more precise, professional treatment.

The probe's two lower, larger-surface electrodes support global stimulation of the pelvic floor, while the lateral, saddle-shaped electrodes improve activation of the right and left branches of the pubococcygeus muscle. According to the manufacturer, optimal use involves employing both circuits.

This is a 4-lead / two-channel probe. Its purpose is to allow simultaneous but separate-channel treatment of both sides of the pelvic floor. This is especially useful when pelvic floor muscle tone is asymmetrical, for example after childbirth trauma, episiotomy, or unilateral muscle weakness. It can only be used with compromises on single-channel devices, so it is primarily recommended for use with the evoStim UG.

The electrodes have a gold-plated, nickel-free surface, making them a preferable option for people with metal allergies compared to conventional metal-electrode probes.
