TensCare Neck Pain Electrode for Neck Treatment

TensCare Neck Pain electrode is specifically designed for neck electrotherapy treatments. The self-adhesive electrode connects to medical-standard devices. It features a snap connector, and the package includes four adapters for use with 2mm pin connector devices.

Instructions for Use

• Ensure the skin is clean and dry.


• Do not apply electrodes to damaged or numb skin areas.

• Insert the lead connectors into the electrode’s snap sockets.


• Ensure both connectors fit securely.

• Turn off the device before applying the electrodes.


• Place the electrodes on the painful area with the adhesive side against the skin.


• Gently press the electrodes onto the skin.

• Grip the edge of the electrode and peel it off gently.


• Avoid pulling on the lead wires.

• After use, place the electrodes back on the plastic protective film.


• Store them in the resealable bag.

Tips & Advice

• Ensure electrodes are clean and sticky for optimal conductivity.


• Replace electrodes when they lose adhesiveness.


• Electrode gel may soften in warm temperatures.

Warnings

• If you experience an allergic reaction, discontinue use and consult a physician.


• Electrodes are intended for single-user only.


• Use only with stimulators compliant with EN 60601-1 and EN 60601-2-10 standards.

Electrode Placement

• Apply to the back of the neck and shoulder area.

Storage Information

• Electrode life spans 12–20 uses, depending on skin condition and humidity.


• Stored in original packaging, shelf life is 2 years.


• Avoid extreme temperatures and low humidity.
