Application

The UltraStim Belt package contains 4 UltraStim Pad self-adhesive electrodes. Place them so the 'grid side' faces the belt.

The UltraStim Belt can accept two stimulating cables. Connect the right and left pairs as shown below:

Secure the belt around your waist so that your spine aligns with the electrode midline. Position the electrodes over the muscle bundles next to the spine. Tighten the belt so that the electrodes' smooth (inner) surface fits snugly against the skin. If the electrode does not contact the skin, the impulse will not reach the target.

You can also wear it forward so the electrodes are on your abdomen, targeting the rectus abdominis muscles.
