Application

The UltraStim Belt package includes 4 UltraStim Pad self-adhesive electrodes. Place them so that the "grid side" faces the belt.

The UltraStim Belt can accommodate two stimulating cables. Connect the right and left pairs as follows:

Secure the belt around your waist so that your spine aligns with the midpoint of the electrodes. Place the electrodes on the muscle bundles next to the spine. Tighten the belt so that the electrodes' smooth (inner) surface fits snugly against the skin. If the electrode does not make contact with the skin, the impulse will not reach the target.

You can turn it forward so that the electrodes are on your abdomen, targeting the rectus abdominis muscles.
