Fleur Vaginal Balls

The Fleur is a set of pelvic floor strengthening and toning balls designed to improve the treatment of incontinence problems by strengthening the pelvic floor muscles.

For active use, you can combine them with Kegel exercises or simply wear them for up to 1 hour daily while continuing your daily routine.

Either way, the pelvic floor strengthening balls force your internal muscles to contract, gradually strengthening them and allowing you to regain control. Performing Kegel exercises with the balls in place helps you learn how to contract the muscles, and the effort involved in holding them in place can also help build endurance and strength.

Moreover, using the pelvic floor toning balls will improve your sexual well-being. Strong pelvic floor muscles can greatly improve sexual arousal, response, sensation during intercourse, and the ability to achieve orgasm. The Fleur consists of two balls connected by a cord.

The balls should be inserted gently, one after the other.
However, keep in mind that using the toning balls for too long (hours rather than minutes) may have the opposite effect, causing pelvic floor muscle fatigue or even hypertonia.

The toning balls can be used daily, with sessions lasting between 10 and 30 minutes if used in conjunction with Kegel exercises.

How to use Fleur pelvic floor strengthening balls?

Once the toning balls are inserted into your vagina, you can tone your muscles in two ways:

• Active use: Perform Kegel exercises to work the pelvic floor muscles and tone them through repeated voluntary contractions.
• Passive use: After insertion, you can carry on with your usual activities.
  In this case, you automatically contract the pelvic floor muscles to hold the toning balls in place.

Do not use

• If using Fleur to restore pelvic floor muscle strength after childbirth, it is recommended to wait 6 weeks postpartum, or 8 weeks if you had an episiotomy (perineal incision).
• Do not use in cases of bladder or uterine prolapse, as the balls cannot be properly positioned.
• Not suitable for use in children.
