Q-2200 compression therapy unit Arm compression therapy set with size M arm cuff. Suitable for home and professional users.
What is it used for?
Price includes:
The Power Q-2200 is a mid-range compression therapy unit. It is also known as a pressure therapy unit or wave massage machine. These three terms refer to the same device without difference.
The device is primarily designed for home use.
The Power Q-2200 is a medical device that complies with strict European quality and safety standards.
The device operates based on a pneumatically driven compressor, essentially an "air pump."
The device connects to cuffs made of multiple airchambers. The machine inflates and deflates these chambers one after another, creating a wave-like massage effect.
It compresses muscles, veins, and lymph vessels, directing excess fluid toward the heart.
This mechanical action reduces edema (interstitial fluid), stimulates blood circulation, and refreshes muscles.
The device offers various modes, allowing customization of pressure levels, inflation patterns, and treatment durations to meet individual needs.
The Power Q-2200 is effective for treating various conditions, including:
Various types and sizes of cuffs are available for the device, which can be purchased separately. Select the cuff that allows targeted treatment of the desired area.
Arm, leg, and waist cuffs each have special designs for effective treatment of the respective area. Up to three four-chamber cuffs can be connected simultaneously.
The arm cuff is especially useful for treating post-mastectomy arm compression therapy. Leg cuffs are available in thigh-length and below-the-knee versions, in various sizes. The waist cuff comes in shorts or belt form, ideal for treating the abdomen and hips.
Arm lymphedema usually affects one side, so typically only one arm cuff is needed. For athletic muscle recovery, consider using two arm cuffs to treat both arms simultaneously. The arm cuff has a hook-and-loop strap that can be fastened under the opposite underarm.
Before purchase, measure the circumference of your arm at the wrist, forearm, and under the underarm. Based on these measurements, choose the appropriate size. The cuff is available in sizes M and L.
M-L cuff sizes: the green line and small number indicate length in cm, the red line and bold number indicate circumference in cm.
Before selecting the cuff, measure the circumference of the lower limb at the ankle, calf, kneecap, and upper thigh. The thigh-length leg cuff is available in M-L sizes; if it doesn't fit, a zipper extender is available.
This cuff is ideal for treating leg compression therapy, varicose veins, and post-thrombosis conditions. Athletes can use it for muscle regeneration. Depending on whether one or both legs are affected, purchase one cuff or a pair. If standard sizes don't fit, extenders can increase the size.
M-L thigh cuff sizes: the green line and highlighted number indicate length in cm, the red line and bold number indicate circumference in cm.
For treating the thigh, hip, buttocks, and upper abdomen, choose from shorts or belt cuffs.
These cuffs are needed when compression therapy extends to the thigh and trunk. They are also used in beauty treatments for cellulite and post-fat removal care.
The shorts cuff provides more effective treatment by enclosing the thigh and buttocks completely. The belt cuff resembles a mini skirt, leaving the inner thigh and lower buttocks untreated.
The shorts cuff offers full 360° treatment on the upper thigh, buttocks, and lower abdomen. Ideal for thigh-hip compression therapy. It features three rows of zippers for size adjustment (smallest, middle, largest). Excellent for beauty purposes like cellulite and wrinkle bag treatments. The cuff contains a built-in airhose; no separate airhose is needed.
The belt cuff is used where the thigh cuff ends (upper thigh) and fastens with hook-and-loop straps. It is less effective than the shorts cuff but more affordable. Suitable for compression therapy and beauty care (cellulite). A separate airhose is required. To select the right size, measure your abdomen below the navel and your hip circumference.
P = shorts cuff - M-L belt waist cuff sizes: the green line and highlighted number indicate length in cm, the red line and bold number indicate circumference in cm.
In some cases, combining cuffs or using multiple cuffs at the same time may be necessary.
However, do not use more than one cuff simultaneously if you have heart failure, post-infarction status, cardiomyopathy, or uncontrolled high blood pressure.
The Power Q-2200 allows you to set the most important treatment parameters, making it ideal for mild to moderate compression therapy, varicose vein maintenance at home, post-thrombosis conditions, and more.
The device supports leg (M-L), arm (M-L), and waist (M-L shorts) cuffs. For proper size selection, refer to the size chart and measure your circumference!
Up to three cuffs (each with 4 airchambers) can be connected at once. Pressure is equal in all chambers.
The device offers 4 programs (A, B, C, D). Program B is the gentlest, followed by A, then D, and C is the strongest. Be patient: start with program B or A and only switch to stronger settings if needed. Every program can be used for muscle recovery in athletes or stroke rehabilitation.
Programs inflate chambers from bottom to top: the lowest chamber inflates first, followed by the next. Each inflated chamber applies pressure on the tissue below, "squeezing out" edema (lymph). Treatment time can be set to 15 or 30 minutes; the device stops automatically when time expires.
Follow your doctor or therapist's instructions.
General guidelines: Compression therapy aims to improve blood and lymph circulation without high pressure - excessive pressure is harmful. Use program A or B for initial treatments. Set pressure to 40 or 60 mmHg. Start with 15 minutes; observe results and increase to 30 minutes if needed. Better to have multiple 30-minute sessions than infrequent long ones. Limit daily treatment to 120 minutes. Be patient - allow 3-4 sessions before evaluating changes; avoid frequent changes.
1. Set treatment time: press the "T" button to select 15 or 30 minutes.
2. Enable/disable airchambers: by default, all chambers inflate. To exclude certain chambers, touch the appropriate leg symbols; illuminated LEDs indicate active chambers.
3. Set treatment pressure: use the "+" and "-" buttons. The selected value shows on the display. All active chambers inflate with equal pressure.
4. Select program: choose from 4 intensity levels. From gentlest to strongest: B, A, D, C. Program C offers the most intense and fastest treatment but may not suit everyone. If no special instructions, use program B.
5-6. Set intervals: for programs C and D, press the interval button repeatedly to set 5, 10, or 30-second breaks between cycles.
6. START/STOP button: press to start treatment with the selected settings; press again to stop.
For supporting lymphatic and venous circulation, 40-60 mmHg is sufficient. International medical studies recommend this range. Higher pressure may cause micro-injuries, leading to tissue hardening over time. Overly intense treatments can worsen conditions - avoid high pressure!
Exercise caution with heart disease, heart failure, cardiomyopathy, or post-infarction conditions. Never exceed 40-50 mmHg and use only one cuff at a time; multiple cuffs may overload circulation and cause heart problems.
Avoid direct treatment over malignant tumor tissue as it may facilitate spread. However, legs may be treated safely in thyroid cancer.
Regular use of the Power Q-2200 may lead to:
Frequency and duration depend on condition and individual factors. Typically, a session lasts 20-60 minutes, repeated once or multiple times daily if needed. Regular use over weeks is recommended for best results. Consult a compression therapy specialist for personalized plans.
Machine compression therapy may be unsuitable or require caution and lower pressure in some cases.
