Q-2200 leg compression therapy compression therapy unit set with L size pair of leg cuffs. For home and professional use.
What is it used for?

The Power Q-2200 is a mid-range compression therapy unit. It is also referred to as a pressure therapy unit or wave massage device. These three names refer to the same device, with no difference.
The device is primarily designed for home use.
The Power Q-2200 is a medical device that complies with strict European quality and safety standards.
The device operates using a pneumatic compressor, an "air pump".
Cuffs consisting of multiple airchambers are connected to the device. The unit inflates and deflates them sequentially, creating a wave-like massage effect.
It compresses muscles, veins, and lymph vessels, directing excess fluid toward the heart.
This mechanical action reduces edema (interstitial fluid), stimulates blood circulation, and refreshes muscles.
The device offers various modes, allowing customization of pressure levels, inflation patterns, and treatment times according to individual needs.
The Power Q-2200 is effective for treating various conditions and diseases, including:
The device supports various types and sizes of cuffs available for separate purchase. Choose the cuff that targets the desired treatment area.
Arm, leg, and waist cuffs each have special designs for effective treatment of the respective area. Up to three four-chamber cuffs can be connected simultaneously.
The arm cuff is especially useful for post-mastectomy arm lymphedema treatment. Leg cuffs come in knee-length and mid-thigh versions in various sizes. Waist cuffs are available as pant or belt types, ideal for treating the abdomen and hips.
Arm lymphedema usually affects one side, so typically one arm cuff is needed. For athletic muscle restoration, consider using two arm cuffs to treat both arms simultaneously. The arm cuff has a Velcro strap that secures under the opposite underarm.
Measure your arm circumference at the wrist, forearm, and underarm before purchase. Select the proper size based on these measurements. The cuff is available in M and L sizes.
M-L arm cuff sizes: the green line and small number indicate length in cm; the red line and bold number indicate circumference in cm.
Before selecting a cuff, measure the circumference of the lower limb at the ankle, calf, kneecap, and top of the thigh. The mid-thigh leg cuff is available in M-L sizes; if it doesn't fit, zipper extensions are available.
This cuff is ideal for treating leg lymphedema, varicose veins, and post-thrombosis conditions. Athletes can also use it for muscle recovery. Buy one cuff or a pair depending on whether one or both legs are affected. If standard sizes don't fit, the size can be increased with extensions.
M-L thigh cuff sizes: the green line and highlighted number represent length in cm; the red line and bold number represent circumference in cm.
For treating the thigh, hip, buttocks, and upper abdomen, choose from pant or belt cuffs.
These cuffs are needed if lymphedema extends to the thigh and trunk requires treatment. They are also used for beauty treatments like cellulite and post-liposuction fat breaking.
The pant cuff offers more effective treatment by fully enclosing the thigh and buttocks. The belt cuff resembles a mini skirt, so the inner thigh and lower buttocks are not treated.
The pant cuff provides full 360° treatment of the upper thigh, buttock area, and lower abdomen. Ideal for thigh-hip lymphedema treatment. It includes three rows of zippers for size adjustment (smallest, medium, largest). Excellent for beauty purposes such as cellulite and post-groove treatments. The cuff has an integrated airhose; no separate airhose is needed.
The belt cuff is used where the thigh cuff ends (from mid-thigh upward) and is fastened with Velcro. It is less effective than the pant cuff but more affordable. Suitable for lymphedema and beauty care (cellulite). The belt cuff requires a separate airhose. To select the correct size, measure your abdomen (just below the navel) and hip circumference.
P = pant cuff - M-L belt cuff sizes: green line and highlighted number indicate length in cm; red line and bold number indicate circumference in cm.
In some cases, combining cuffs and using multiple cuffs simultaneously may be necessary.
However, do not use more than one cuff simultaneously if you have heart failure, post-infarction condition, cardiomyopathy, or uncontrolled hypertension.
The Power Q-2200 allows customization of key treatment parameters, making it ideal for mild to moderate lymphedema, as well as varicose vein maintenance therapy at home, treatment of post-thrombosis conditions, and more.
The device supports leg (M-L), arm (M-L), and waist (M-L pant) cuffs. Consult the size chart and measure your circumference to choose the correct size!
Up to three cuffs (each with 4 airchambers) can be connected at once. The pressure is the same in all chambers.
The device offers 4 programs (A, B, C, D). Program B is the gentlest, followed by A, then D, and C is the strongest. Be patient: start with B or A and only switch to stronger settings if needed. All programs are suitable for athletes' muscle recovery or post-stroke rehabilitation.
Programs inflate from bottom to top: the lowest chamber inflates first, then the next. Each inflated chamber applies pressure to the tissue below, "squeezing out" the edema (lymph). Treatment time can be set to 15 or 30 minutes; the device stops automatically when time expires.
Follow your doctor's or therapist's instructions.
General guidelines: Compression therapy aims to improve blood and lymph circulation without excessive pressure—too much pressure is harmful. Use programs A or B for initial treatments. Set pressure to 40 or 60 mmHg. Start with 15 minutes; monitor results and increase to 30 minutes if needed. Multiple 30-minute sessions are better than long rare sessions. Limit daily treatment to 120 minutes. Be patient—allow 3-4 sessions before evaluating changes; avoid frequent adjustments.
1. Set treatment time: press the "T" button to select 15 or 30 minutes.
2. Enable/disable airchambers: by default, all chambers inflate. To exclude some chambers, touch the corresponding leg symbols; LED lights indicate active chambers.
3. Set treatment pressure: use "+" and "-" buttons. The selected value appears on the display. All active chambers inflate at the same pressure.
4. Choose a program: select from 4 intensity programs. From gentlest to strongest: B, A, D, C. Program C provides the most intense treatment fastest but may not suit everyone. Use program B if no special instructions.
5-6. Set intervals: in C and D programs, press the interval button repeatedly to set pauses between cycles to 5, 10, or 30 seconds.
6. START/STOP button: press to start treatment with selected settings; press again to stop.
For supporting lymphatic and venous circulation, 40-60 mmHg is sufficient. International medical studies recommend this range. Higher pressures may cause micro-injuries leading to tissue hardening over time. Excessive treatments can worsen your condition—avoid high pressure!
Exercise extra caution with heart disease, heart failure, cardiomyopathy, or post-infarction conditions. Never exceed 40-50 mmHg and use only one cuff at a time; multiple cuffs may overload circulation and cause heart issues.
Avoid direct treatment of malignant tumor tissues as it may promote spread. However, you can safely treat legs in thyroid cancer cases.
Regular use of the Power Q-2200 may lead to:
Frequency and duration depend on condition and individual factors. Typically, one session lasts 20-60 minutes and can be repeated once or multiple times daily as needed. Regular use over several weeks is recommended for best results. Consult a lymphatic therapist for a personalized plan.
Machine-assisted compression therapy may be inappropriate or require caution and lower pressure in some cases.
