Would you like to treat a painful joint, tendon or injured area regularly but don't want to spend long minutes on each point?

The Energy-Laser L500 Pro is a home soft laser designed for concentrated point treatments. With 500 mW output it delivers 5 Joules of energy in only 10 seconds.
This means daily therapy that requires multiple treatment points can usually be completed in just a few minutes.

Expert recommendation Our medical expert says

“The Energy-Laser L500 Pro is suited for those who need regular laser treatments but have limited time to spend per session. The 500 mW output enables rapid energy delivery and the roughly 1 cm² treatment area allows precise point application. The device needs 10 seconds to deliver 5 Joules (where other devices may require 3–5 minutes!). It is especially practical for people with multiple affected joints or tendons, as it significantly reduces the time needed to deliver the appropriate therapeutic energy.”

What complaints can it be used as an adjunct for?

Soft laser treatment can be applied at marked points around the joint. For knee osteoarthritis or other chronic joint complaints you typically need to treat multiple areas around the joint space rather than a single point.

The L500 Pro's rapid energy delivery is particularly advantageous for such multi-point treatments. The small treatment area helps you direct energy precisely to the targeted point.

Tendon and insertion point complaints are often localized to small areas. Examples include tennis elbow, Achilles tendon overload, rotator cuff tendon irritation or other repetitive strain-related pain.

With the point applicator the affected tendon segment and insertion can be treated precisely. Laser therapy is best used alongside offloading, gradual loading and physiotherapy when needed.

Soft laser for tendonitis →

Morning first-step heel pain is often related to overload of the plantar fascia. Treatment is performed at multiple points along the heel and the course of the fascia.

The soft laser does not remove a bony spur. The goal is to adjunctively treat pain and irritation of the surrounding soft tissues.

For muscle strains, ligament or tendon irritation, soft laser can be part of rehabilitation. The small treatment area is useful for precisely localized complaints.

For fresh injuries first exclude fracture, full tendon rupture and other conditions requiring medical care. The laser does not replace proper diagnosis and gradual rehabilitation.

Soft laser for sports injuries →

Numbness, burning sensations or nighttime hand pain can have multiple causes. Persistent nerve compression, diabetes, spine-related problems and other conditions require different approaches.

With appropriate diagnosis soft laser can be used as an adjunct to treat tissues around the affected nerve. The L500 Pro's point applicator helps accurate treatment along the nerve course.

Carpal tunnel syndrome guide →

Photobiomodulation is used as an adjunct in tissue regeneration and scar management. Home treatment is only appropriate on closed, clean areas and must follow the user manual.

Infected, exuding, deep or unknown-origin wounds are not suitable for home laser treatment. In such cases specialized medical or wound care is required.

Is the Energy-Laser L500 Pro right for you?

It may be a good choice if you would regularly treat one or more joint, tendon or soft tissue areas and short treatment time is important to you.
Especially practical if you need to treat multiple points in one session, for example around the knee, shoulder, elbow, heel or along a longer tendon segment.
Also advantageous if multiple family members use the device or you perform several treatments daily. The 500 mW output then provides a noticeable time saving.
Not the most practical device if you want to cover a large, diffuse body area at once. The L500 Pro is primarily intended for precise point treatments.
Important: due to the concentrated laser beam, wearing the supplied protective goggles is mandatory for every treatment.

Why choose the Energy-Laser L500 Pro?

Fast energy delivery

5 Joules in 10 seconds

The 500 mW continuous output rapidly delivers the energy prescribed in treatment plans. A 5 Joule point treatment requires only 10 seconds.

Precise point treatment

Approximately 1 cm² treatment area

The small treatment surface lets you concentrate energy precisely on the joint space, tendon, insertion point or another well-defined area.

808 nm infrared diode laser

808 nm infrared diode laser

The 808 nm wavelength is widely used in musculoskeletal photobiomodulation. The light is invisible to the naked eye and the treatment is generally painless.

Wireless, portable device

The rechargeable battery provides long runtime. The compact device is easy to use at home, at work or while traveling.

Safety features

Built-in safety features

Automatic shutdown, overheat protection and status indicator LEDs assist safe use. Appropriate laser protective goggles are included in the package.

Photobiomodulation

Studied therapeutic technology

Photobiomodulation has been investigated for several musculoskeletal complaints. However, optimal results require not only a powerful device but also correct point selection, dose, frequency and an accurate diagnosis.

See it in action

Energy-Laser L500 Pro demo

The video demonstrates the device, point-by-point application and the most important safety rules. Use is straightforward, but selecting the correct treatment points and dose is essential.

What does photobiomodulation mean?

During soft laser treatment tissues are exposed to light of specific wavelength and dose. This process is called photobiomodulation, or PBM for short.

Light interacts with the cells' light-absorbing molecules and can influence multiple interconnected biological processes. Research examines effects on cellular energy metabolism, local inflammatory signaling and regenerative processes.

The outcome is not determined by power alone. Wavelength, delivered energy, treatment area, treatment points and frequency are equally important. The L500 Pro's 500 mW output advantage is that it can deliver the selected energy dose in a short time.

Use in four simple steps

1

Put on the supplied protective goggles

The Energy-Laser L500 Pro is a class 3B laser device. Direct or reflected laser radiation entering the eye is hazardous; therefore wearing protective goggles is mandatory for every treatment.

2

Pre-mark the treatment points

Do not randomly illuminate the painful area. Use the treatment guide for the specific complaint to identify the points to treat and the dose to apply.

3

Place the applicator stably on the skin

Turn on the device, then place the applicator directly on clean, intact skin. The device emits an audible signal every 10 seconds, which corresponds to 5 Joules delivered.

4

Proceed through the treatment plan points

Required energy, number of points and frequency depend on the condition treated. Do not automatically use the same time on every body area. Follow the manual and the treatment recommendations for the specific complaint.

Frequently asked questions

500 mW means the device delivers 0.5 Joule of energy per second. Thus 5 Joules reach the selected treatment point in 10 seconds. The main advantage of higher power is shorter treatment time.

No. Both too low and too high doses can reduce treatment effectiveness. The advantage of 500 mW is delivering the required energy quickly; the correct dose must still be adjusted to the specific problem.

Yes. The Energy-Laser L500 Pro is a class 3B laser device, so using appropriate protective goggles is mandatory. The goggles included in the package are matched to the device's wavelength. Never point the laser at the eyes.

This depends on the number of treatment points and the energy dose needed per point. A 5 Joule point treatment takes 10 seconds, so a multi-point joint or tendon treatment is usually completed within a few minutes.

Individual responses vary greatly. Acute and chronic conditions require different schedules. Persistent complaints may need regular treatments over several weeks. If symptoms worsen, new symptoms appear or there is no meaningful improvement, seek medical evaluation.

Yes. Soft laser can be used as an adjunct to physiotherapy, an appropriate loading program and other physical therapy methods. The sequence and frequency of treatments should be tailored to the underlying condition.

Both devices are 808 nm soft lasers suitable for targeted point treatments. The L500 Pro delivers 5 Joules in 10 seconds at 500 mW, while the 400 mW L400 requires 12.5 seconds for the same energy. The L500 Pro is primarily advantageous if you treat many points or perform multiple daily treatments.
