Operating principle and technology

The B-Cure Classic operates with a GaAIAs (gallium-aluminum-arsenide) solid-state laser diode emitting an 808 nanometer wavelength infrared laser beam.

This specially calibrated laser beam operates at a maximum power of 250 mW and a pulse frequency of 11.7 kHz, optimal for tissue regeneration and pain relief.

The device delivers 4.2 joules of energy per minute to the treated area, scientifically proven to stimulate the cells' natural healing processes.

Applications

Orthopedic applications

The B-Cure Classic is particularly effective in treating various musculoskeletal problems. It is successfully used for chronic back and lower back pain, with treatments along the spine in a longitudinal direction. For neck pain treatment, therapy can be applied both beside the vertebrae and on the lateral parts of the neck.

Joint problems

The device is excellent for joint pain.

It can be used on all joints, for example, treating various points of the knee (back of the knee crease, as well as outer and inner sides). For shoulder joint issues, in addition to direct treatment of painful areas, surrounding tissues can also be treated for better results.

Special conditions

The device is also effective for specific conditions such as carpal tunnel syndrome, where various directions of treatment on the inner wrist side can be combined. For fibromyalgia and myofascial pain syndrome, targeted treatment of painful areas can be performed.

Maintenance and care
