Q-2200 compression therapy unit set for lymphedema treatment on legs, arms, and hip/buttocks. Includes M size leg pair, M arm, and M waist cuffs. Suitable for home and professional use.
What is it used for?

The Power Q-2200 is a mid-range compression therapy unit. It is also known as a pressure therapy or wave massage unit. These three names refer to the same device, with no difference.
The device is primarily designed for home use.
The Power Q-2200 is a medical device compliant with strict European quality and safety standards.
The device operates based on a pneumatic compressor, a "air pump".
Cuffs consisting of multiple airchambers are connected to the device. The unit inflates and deflates these consecutively, creating a wave-like massaging effect.
It compresses muscles, veins, and lymphatic vessels, directing excess fluid toward the heart.
This mechanical action reduces edema (fluid between tissues), stimulates blood circulation, and refreshes muscles.
The device offers multiple modes, allowing customization of pressure levels, inflation patterns, and treatment durations to individual needs.
The Power Q-2200 effectively treats various conditions, including:
The device offers various types and sizes of cuffs, available for separate purchase. Choose the cuff that targets the specific treatment area.
Arm, leg, and waist cuffs each have a special design for effective treatment of their respective areas. Up to three four-chamber cuffs can be connected simultaneously.
The arm cuff is particularly useful for post-mastectomy arm lymphedema treatment. The leg cuff is available below the knee and mid-thigh versions in different sizes. The waist cuff comes in pant or belt form, ideal for abdomen and hip treatment.
Arm lymphedema usually affects one side, typically requiring a single arm cuff. For recovery of athletic musculature, consider using two arm cuffs to treat both arms simultaneously. The arm cuff has a hook-and-loop strap that fastens under the opposite underarm.
Before purchase, measure your arm circumference at the wrist, forearm, and underarm. Choose the appropriate size based on these measurements. The cuff is available in M and L sizes.
M-L arm band sizes: the green line and lowercase numbers indicate length in cm, red line and bold numbers indicate circumference in cm.
Measure the lower limb circumference at the ankle, calf, kneecap, and upper thigh before selecting a cuff. Thigh-length leg cuffs are available in M-L sizes; zippers for extension are available if needed.
This cuff is ideal for treatment of leg lymphedema, varicose veins, and post-thrombosis conditions. Athletes can use it for muscle regeneration. Purchase a single cuff or a pair depending on whether one or both legs need treatment. Extensions can increase size if standard sizes don't fit.
M-L thigh cuff sizes: green line and highlighted number indicate length in cm; red line and bold number indicate circumference in cm.
For treating the thigh, hip, buttocks, and upper abdomen, choose either pant or belt cuffs.
These cuffs are used when lymphedema extends to the thigh and trunk needs treatment. They are also used in beauty treatments such as cellulite and fat reduction post-liposuction.
The pant cuff offers more effective treatment by enclosing the thigh and buttocks entirely. The belt cuff resembles a mini skirt, so the inner thigh and lower buttocks are not treated.
The pant cuff provides full 360° treatment around the upper thigh, buttocks, and lower abdomen. Ideal for thigh-hip lymphedema treatment. Features three zip settings (smallest, medium, largest) for size adjustment. Excellent for beauty treatments like cellulite and groove bag treatments. The cuff includes a built-in airhose; no separate hose is needed.
The belt cuff is applied where the thigh cuff ends (from mid-thigh upward) and fastens with hook-and-loop tape. It's less effective than pant cuffs but more affordable. Suitable for lymphedema and beauty care (cellulite). Requires a separate airhose. Measure your waist (just below the navel) and hip circumference to choose the right size.
P = pant cuff - M-L belt cuff sizes: the green line and highlighted number indicate length in cm; the red line and bold number indicate circumference in cm.
Sometimes combining cuffs and using multiple cuffs simultaneously is necessary.
However, do not use more than one cuff simultaneously if you have heart failure, post-infarct condition, cardiomyopathy, or uncontrolled hypertension.
The Power Q-2200 allows setting the most important treatment parameters, making it ideal for mild to moderate lymphedema, varicose vein home maintenance therapy, post-thrombosis conditions, and more.
The device supports leg (M-L), arm (M-L), and waist (M-L pant) cuffs. Check the size chart and measure your circumference to select the right size!
Up to three cuffs (each with 4 chambers) can be connected simultaneously. All chambers inflate at the same pressure.
The device offers 4 programs (A, B, C, D). Program B is the gentlest, followed by A, then D, with C being the strongest. Be patient: start with B or A, and switch to stronger settings only if necessary. All programs can be used for sports muscle recovery or post-stroke rehabilitation.
Programs inflate from bottom to top: the lowest chamber inflates first, followed by the next. Each inflated chamber applies pressure on the underlying tissue, "squeezing out" edema (lymph). Treatment time can be set to 15 or 30 minutes; the device automatically stops when time is up.
Follow your doctor or therapist's instructions.
General guidelines: Compression therapy aims to improve blood and lymph circulation without excessive pressure — too much pressure can be harmful. Start treatments with program A or B. Set pressure to 40 or 60 mmHg. Begin with 15 minutes; observe results and increase to 30 minutes if needed. It's better to have multiple 30-minute sessions than few long sessions. Limit daily treatment to 120 minutes. Be patient — allow 3-4 sessions to assess changes; avoid frequent adjustments.
1. Set treatment duration: press the "T" button to choose 15 or 30 minutes.
2. Enable/disable airchambers: by default, all chambers inflate. To exclude certain chambers, tap the corresponding leg symbols; illuminated LEDs indicate active chambers.
3. Set treatment pressure: use "+" and "-" buttons. Selected value appears on the display. All active chambers inflate with the same pressure.
4. Select program: choose from 4 intensity programs from gentle (B) to strongest (C). Program C delivers the fastest strongest treatment but might not suit everyone. Use B unless otherwise instructed.
5. Set intervals: for C and D programs, press the interval button repeatedly to set 5, 10, or 30 seconds pauses between cycles.
6. START/STOP button: press to start treatment with selected settings; press again to stop.
A pressure of 40-60 mmHg is sufficient to support lymphatic and venous circulation. International medical studies recommend this range. Higher pressure may cause micro-injuries leading to tissue hardening over time. Too strong treatments can worsen your condition — avoid high pressure!
Patients with heart disease, heart failure, cardiomyopathy, or post-infarction should exercise extreme caution. Never exceed 40-50 mmHg and use only one cuff at a time; multiple cuffs can overload circulation and cause heart problems.
Avoid direct treatment of malignant tumor tissue as it may promote spread. However, in thyroid cancer, it is safe to treat the legs.
Regular use of the Power Q-2200 may lead to:
Treatment frequency and duration depend on condition and individual factors. Typically, one session lasts 20-60 minutes and can be repeated once or multiple times daily if needed. Regular use over several weeks is recommended for best results. Consult a lymph therapist for a personalized plan.
Machine compression therapy may be unsuitable in some cases or require caution and lower pressure.
