In severe heart diseases (e.g., cardiomyopathy, heart failure) and drug-resistant high blood pressure, compression therapy should only be used if lymphoedema coexists, and treatment must be cautious with low pressure!
Heart patients should never exceed 50-60 mmHg pressure as high pressure can push blood from veins, overloading the heart! If you experience temple pulsation, rapid heartbeat, or increasing headache during treatment, the pressure is too strong!
Only use one cuff at a time for heart disease patients; do not treat both legs simultaneously. Never use three cuffs simultaneously for heart patients!
After total uterus and pelvic lymph node removal due to tumors (e.g., Wertheim surgery), compression therapy can only be applied cautiously under specialist supervision in case of lymphoedema!
Use only with oncologist approval for tumor-related leg swelling.
You can connect 6 airchamber treatment cuffs to the Power Q-8060 Premium device, up to a maximum of 3 cuffs simultaneously (for example, two legs and 1 arm or 2 legs and 1 waist).
Choose cuffs according to your symptoms!
Lymphoedema affecting the arm is usually unilateral, so one cuff may be sufficient. If you bought the device as an athlete for muscle recovery, it is worth buying 2 arm cuffs to treat both arms simultaneously. The arm cuff has a Velcro strap to secure it under the opposite underarm.
This cuff is excellent for treatment of leg lymphoedema, varicose veins, post-thrombosis conditions, and muscle recovery for athletes. Depending on whether your edema affects one or both legs, you can buy one cuff or a pair. Sizes can be adjusted with extenders if the standard sizes are unsuitable.
Purchase this if your lymphoedema extends up to your thigh. In such cases, it is recommended to treat your waist along with the legs. The cuff should be worn like a belt, starting where the top of the thigh cuff ends. It is also suitable for cellulite and orange peel skin treatment.

In some cases, combining cuffs, i.e., using multiple cuffs simultaneously, may be necessary. These combinations are contraindicated in heart failure, post-infarction, cardiomyopathy, or resistant high blood pressure.
For lymph and fat edema (lymphoedema and lipedema), as well as cosmetic treatments (cellulite, orange peel, enhancing cavitation effects). This combination is cheaper but somewhat less effective than alternatives.
Perform treatments following your doctor or therapist's instructions.
