Does your bladder control you — or do you control your bladder? Looking for a device that offers as many treatment approaches as possible? The TensCare Sure Pro is a two-channel, 15-program (12 preset + 3 manual) pelvic floor trainer. In addition to stress, urge and mixed incontinence, it can also perform tibial nerve stimulation (TIBN) — it is our only device with this function. It comes with a rechargeable battery, a 99-step intensity control and a treatment memory. Why the Sure Pro? 15 programs — the widest selection 12 preset and 3 manually configurable programs: stress (STRE 1–2), urge (URGE 1–2), mixed (MIXED), post-sensory-loss stimulation (SENS), pelvic floor training (PFW A/B), endurance (ENDUR), pain relief (PAIN) and tibial nerve stimulation (TIBN 1–2). 2 independent channels You can treat two areas simultaneously. For example: one channel can stimulate the pelvic floor muscles with a probe while the other targets the tibial nerve with ankle electrodes — all in a single session. Tibial nerve stimulation (TIBN) The TIBN programs stimulate the tibial nerve via ankle electrodes — this approach aims to reduce symptoms of an overactive bladder. Clinical studies support its effectiveness for treating urge incontinence. Rechargeable battery — up to 15 hours Built-in, rechargeable battery with mains adapter. A single charge provides up to 15 hours of treatment. Large backlit LCD display, 99-step (1 mA increments) intensity control and treatment memory. Who is it recommended for? Stress incontinence The STRE 1 and STRE 2 programs stimulate fast muscle fibers with targeted frequencies — they may contribute to increased urethral closure pressure. The two stress programs operate at different frequencies, so you can choose based on your physician's recommendation. Urge incontinence — overactive bladder In addition to the URGE 1–2 programs, the Sure Pro offers a unique option: the TIBN (tibial nerve stimulation) programs target bladder hyperactivity non-invasively using ankle electrodes. If probe treatment is uncomfortable or you seek a complementary therapy, TIBN is an alternative. Mixed incontinence The MIXED program is designed for combined treatment of stress and urge incontinence — it targets both issues in a single session. The two-channel design allows you to use probe stimulation and TIBN simultaneously. Pelvic floor pain The PAIN program uses TENS technology to target chronic pelvic pain. It can be used as needed, even daily. Reduced sensation — after surgery or nerve injury The SENS program is specifically designed for neural stimulation after sensory loss — when pelvic floor muscle sensation is reduced (e.g. after surgery or nerve damage). This program is not available on many other devices. How to use the Sure Pro? 1 Select the program Use the backlit LCD to select one of the 15 programs. Incontinence: STRE, URGE, MIXED. Pelvic floor training: PFW A/B, ENDUR. Pain: PAIN. Tibial nerve: TIBN 1–2. Sensory loss: SENS. The 3 manual programs allow custom settings. 2 Connect the probe or electrodes For probe treatment: moisten the supplied vaginal probe with the included Go Gel contact gel. For TIBN treatment: place the adhesive electrodes on the inner side of the ankle. You can work on both channels at once — probe + ankle electrode combination. 3 Set the intensity Choose a comfortable but effective intensity per channel from 99 levels (1 mA steps). Treatment should never be painful. The device remembers the last setting and automatically restores it at the next power-up. 4 Perform the treatment The program controls the pulses automatically. You can track the remaining time on the LCD. The treatment memory logs daily use so you can monitor consistency. 5 Regular use Once daily, 20–30 minutes. TIBN is typically applied 1–2 times per week. Improvements are usually noticeable with regular treatment within 4–12 weeks. The treatment memory helps track regular use. How does electrostimulation work? The Sure Pro offers multiple therapeutic approaches in a single device: Pelvic floor stimulation (with probe): Gentle electrical pulses delivered via the vaginal probe cause the pelvic floor muscles to contract and relax. This cyclic training can help restore muscle strength and improve bladder control. Tibial nerve stimulation (TIBN — with ankle electrodes): Stimulating the tibial nerve at the ankle aims to reduce bladder hyperactivity. Percutaneous tibial nerve stimulation (PTNS) is an accepted clinical treatment for urge incontinence — the Sure Pro offers its transcutaneous (surface) variant for home use. TENS pain relief: The PAIN program targets chronic pelvic pain using the gate-control theory. The Sure Pro does not include a biofeedback function. If you need objective feedback on training effectiveness, consider the evoStim P (pressure-biofeedback) or the evoStim E (EMG-biofeedback) devices. Package contents The Sure Pro comes with the following accessories: 1 pc TensCare Sure Pro device (built-in rechargeable battery) 1 pc vaginal probe 2 pcs stimulation cables 4 pcs adhesive electrodes (50×50 mm) — for TIBN treatment 1 pc Go Gel contact gel (50 ml) 1 pc mains adapter (charger) 1 pc storage pouch 1 pc user manual Replacement probes and accessories Probes are for personal use for hygiene reasons. Replacement probes, spare electrodes and contact gel can be purchased from the incontinence category. Frequently asked questions What is tibial nerve stimulation (TIBN)? The tibial nerve runs along the inner side of the ankle and is connected to the pelvic floor nervous system. Stimulation via surface electrodes aims to reduce bladder hyperactivity — non-invasively and without a probe. It is the home, transcutaneous variant of PTNS (percutaneous tibial nerve stimulation) used in clinical settings. Can I use it during pregnancy? No. Electrostimulation devices are contraindicated during pregnancy. Start treatment only after postnatal medical clearance (typically 6–8 weeks). What is the difference between the Sure Pro and the Perfect PFE? The Perfect PFE is single-channel with 4 programs — simpler and more budget-friendly. The Sure Pro is two-channel with 15 programs, tibial nerve stimulation (TIBN), a rechargeable battery and a 99-step intensity control. If you need multiple treatment approaches (probe + TIBN), the Sure Pro is the more flexible choice. Do I need biofeedback as well? The Sure Pro does not include biofeedback — the device does not measure muscle activity. If you need objective feedback on training progress, consider the evoStim P (pressure-biofeedback) or the evoStim E (EMG-biofeedback). The advantage of the Sure Pro is its wider program selection and the TIBN function. What are the manual programs for? The 3 manual programs let you save individualized parameters (frequency, pulse width, treatment time) as recommended by your clinician. This is especially useful when preset programs don't precisely meet therapeutic needs. How long until improvement is expected? With regular daily use of 20–30 minutes, improvement is usually noticeable within 4–12 weeks. The effectiveness of TIBN programs has been evaluated in systematic studies over 12-week treatment periods. The treatment memory helps track regularity. Consult your treating physician before use! Important information The TensCare Sure Pro is CE-marked, a Class II medical device (manufactured according to MDR, ISO 13485), designed to complement medical treatment. A medical evaluation is required before starting treatment to determine the type of incontinence. Evidence from clinical studies supports the effectiveness of pelvic floor muscle training supplemented with electrostimulation. The effectiveness of tibial nerve stimulation (PTNS/TTNS) for overactive bladder is also supported by systematic reviews.1,2 The information on this page is for guidance only. Home therapeutic devices are intended to complement medical treatment and do not replace it. Consult your treating physician in case of symptoms.
