The Flex-Ion device is designed to help restore the strength of the fingers, hand, and forearm muscles, and to improve their flexibility and coordination.
It is suitable for home use and for professionals such as physiotherapists, movement therapists, and rehabilitation specialists.
Resistance levels are indicated by different colors:
In rehabilitation, you usually start with a lower resistance and gradually move to higher levels as you regain strength.
Use the Flex-Ion in conditions where muscle strength, range of motion, or coordination is impaired. This commonly occurs after a stroke, spinal injury, surgery, or due to forced immobility from accidents, sports injuries, or casting.
For optimal recovery, seek guidance from a specialist (physiotherapist, movement therapist, etc.) who can recommend the appropriate resistance level and exercises. Starting too strong may worsen symptoms.
