Power Q-2200 compression therapy unit set for treating lymphatic edema in legs and hip/buttocks. Includes L size leg cuffs and M size waist cuff. Suitable for home and professional use.
What is it used for?

The Power Q-2200 is a mid-range compression therapy unit. It is also known as a pneumatic pressure therapy unit or wave massage device. These three names refer to the same device without differences.
The device is primarily designed for home use.
The Power Q-2200 is a medical device that complies with strict European quality and safety standards.
The device operates based on a pneumatic compressor, a "air pump".
It connects to cuffs made up of several airchambers. The machine inflates and deflates these sequentially, creating a wave-like massage effect.
This compresses muscles, veins, and lymph vessels, directing excess fluid towards the heart.
This mechanical action reduces edema (fluid between tissues), stimulates blood circulation, and refreshes muscles.
The device offers various modes allowing customization of pressure levels, inflation patterns, and treatment durations to individual needs.
The Power Q-2200 is effectively used for:
The device supports different types and sizes of cuffs, which can be purchased separately. Choose the cuff that allows targeted treatment of the desired area.
Arm, leg, and waist cuffs each have a special design optimized for effective treatment of the respective area. Up to three four-chamber cuffs can be connected simultaneously.
The arm cuff is especially useful for post-mastectomy arm compression therapy. Leg cuffs come in versions extending below the knee or mid-thigh, available in various sizes. Waist cuffs come as pant or belt types, ideal for abdomen and hip treatment.
Arm lymphedema usually affects one side, so typically a single arm cuff is needed. For muscle recovery in athletes, consider using two arm cuffs to treat both arms simultaneously. The arm cuff has a Velcro strap that attaches under the opposite underarm.
Before purchasing, measure your arm circumference at the wrist, forearm, and underarm. Select the appropriate size based on these measurements. The cuff is available in M and L sizes.
M-L arm cuff sizes: the green line and lowercase number indicate length in cm; the red line and bold number indicate circumference in cm.
Before selecting a cuff, measure the lower limb circumference at the ankle, calf, kneecap, and upper thigh. The thigh-length calf cuff is available in M and L sizes; if it doesn't fit, zipper extensions are available.
This cuff is ideal for treatment of lower leg lymphedema, varicose veins, and post-thrombosis conditions. Athletes can use it for muscle recovery. Depending on whether one or both legs are affected, buy one cuff or a pair. Extensions can increase the standard size if needed.
M-L thigh cuff sizes: the green line and highlighted number indicate length in cm; the red line and bold number indicate circumference in cm.
For treatment of thighs, hips, buttocks and the upper abdomen, choose from pant or belt cuffs.
These cuffs are needed if the lymphedema extends to the thigh and trunk requires treatment. They are also used in beauty treatments for cellulite and post-liposuction fat reduction.
The pant cuff offers more effective treatment by fully enclosing the thigh and buttocks. The belt cuff resembles a miniskirt, so the inner thigh and lower buttocks are not treated.
The pant cuff provides comprehensive 360° treatment of the upper thigh, buttock area, and lower abdomen. Ideal for thigh-hip lymphedema treatment. Three rows of zippers allow size adjustment (smallest, medium, largest). Excellent for beauty care such as cellulite and scar treatments post-liposuction. The cuff includes built-in airhose; no separate airhose needed.
The belt cuff is applied where the thigh cuff ends (mid-thigh up) and secured with Velcro. It is less effective than the pant cuff but more affordable. Suitable for compression therapy and cellulite treatment. The belt cuff requires a separate airhose. To select the correct size, measure the abdomen just below the navel and the hip circumference.
P = pant cuff - M-L belt cuff sizes: the green line and highlighted number indicate length in cm; the red line and bold number indicate circumference in cm.
In some cases, combining cuffs or simultaneous use of multiple cuffs may be necessary.
However, do not use more than one cuff at a time in cases of heart failure, post-infarction, cardiomyopathy or uncontrolled hypertension.
The Power Q-2200 allows adjustment of the key treatment parameters, making it ideal for mild to moderate lymphatic edema and varicose vein home maintenance therapy, post-thrombosis states, and more.
It supports leg (M-L), arm (M-L), and waist (M-L pant) cuffs. Refer to the sizing chart and measure your circumference to select the correct size!
Up to three cuffs (each with 4 chambers) can be connected simultaneously. The pressure in all chambers is equal.
The device offers 4 programs (A, B, C, D). Program B is the gentlest, followed by A, then D, and C is the strongest. Be patient: start with B or A and only switch to stronger settings if necessary. All programs are suitable for sports muscle recovery or post-stroke rehabilitation.
Programs inflate from bottom to top: the lowest chamber inflates first, then the next. Each inflated chamber applies pressure on the underlying tissue, "squeezing" out edema (lymph). Treatment time can be set to 15 or 30 minutes; the device stops automatically when time expires.
Follow your doctor’s or therapist’s instructions.
General Guidelines: Compression therapy aims to improve blood and lymph circulation without excessive pressure - too much pressure is harmful. For initial treatments, use programs A or B. Set pressure to 40 or 60 mmHg. Start with 15 minutes; observe results and increase to 30 if needed. It’s better to perform several 30-minute sessions than rare longer treatments. Limit daily treatment to 120 minutes. Be patient - allow 3-4 sessions before evaluating changes; avoid frequent adjustments.
1. Set treatment time: press the “T” button to choose 15 or 30 minutes.
2. Enable/disable airchambers: by default all chambers inflate. To exclude certain chambers, tap the respective leg symbols; glowing LEDs indicate active chambers.
3. Set treatment pressure: use the “+” and “-” buttons. The selected value displays on the screen. All active chambers inflate to equal pressure.
4. Select program: choose from 4 programs with increasing intensity: B (gentlest), A, D, C (strongest). Program C offers the strongest treatment fastest, but may not suit all. If no special instructions, use program B.
5. Set intervals: for programs C and D, press the interval button repeatedly to select a 5, 10, or 30 second pause between cycles.
6. START/STOP button: press to start treatment with selected settings; press again to stop.
For supporting lymph and venous circulation, 40-60 mmHg is sufficient. International medical studies recommend this range. Higher pressure can cause micro-injuries, leading to tissue hardening over time. Excessive treatments may worsen your condition - avoid high pressure!
Exercise caution in heart disease, heart failure, cardiomyopathy, or post-infarction conditions. Never exceed 40-50 mmHg and use only one cuff at a time; multiple cuffs may overload circulation and cause heart problems.
Avoid direct treatment of malignant tumor tissue as it may promote spread. However, in thyroid cancer, leg treatment is safely allowed.
Regular use of the Power Q-2200 may lead to:
Frequency and duration depend on condition and individual factors. Usually, one session lasts 20-60 minutes and can be repeated once or multiple times daily if needed. For best results, regular use over several weeks is recommended. Consult a lymphatic therapist for a personalized plan.
Machine compression therapy is unsuitable or requires caution and lower pressure in some cases.
