Q-2200 lymphedematous leg and hip/buttock treatment compression therapy unit set. Includes L size leg cuff pair and L size waist cuff. Suitable for home and professional use.
What is it used for?

The Power Q-2200 is a mid-range compression therapy unit. It is also known as a pneumatic compression therapy unit or wave massage machine. These three terms refer to the same device, with no difference.
The device is primarily designed for home use.
The Power Q-2200 is a medical device that complies with strict European quality and safety standards.
The device operates on the basis of a pneumatic compressor, a "air pump".
Cuffs made of multiple airchambers are connected to the device. The unit inflates and deflates these airchambers sequentially, creating a wave-like massaging effect.
It compresses muscles, veins, and lymphatic vessels, directing excess fluid towards the heart.
This mechanical effect reduces edema (interstitial fluid), stimulates blood circulation, and refreshes muscles.
The device offers multiple modes, allowing customization of pressure levels, inflation patterns, and treatment durations to individual needs.
The Power Q-2200 is effective in treating various conditions and diseases, including:
The device has various types and sizes of cuffs available for separate purchase. Choose the cuff that allows targeted treatment of the desired area.
Arm, leg, and waist cuffs each have specialized designs for effective treatment of their respective areas. Up to three four-chamber cuffs can be connected simultaneously.
The arm cuff is particularly useful for treating post-mastectomy arm lymphedema. Leg cuffs are available in below-knee and mid-thigh versions, in different sizes. Waist cuffs come as shorts or belt forms, ideal for treating the abdomen and hip.
Arm lymphedema usually affects one side, so typically only one arm cuff is needed. For athletic muscle restoration, consider using two arm cuffs to treat both arms simultaneously. The arm cuff has a Velcro strap that fastens under the opposite underarm.
Before purchase, measure the circumference of your arm at the wrist, forearm, and under the armpit. Select the appropriate size based on these measurements. The cuff is available in M and L sizes.
M-L arm cuff sizes: the green line and small number indicate length in cm; the red line and bold number indicate circumference in cm.
Before selecting a cuff, measure the circumference of your lower limb at the ankle, calf, kneecap, and thigh base. The mid-thigh leg cuff is available in M-L sizes; if it doesn't fit, zipper extensions are available.
This cuff is ideal for treating lower leg lymphedema, varicose veins, and post-thrombosis conditions. Athletes can use it for muscle regeneration. Depending on whether one or both legs are affected, purchase one cuff or a pair. Extensions can increase size if standard sizes don't fit.
M-L thigh cuff sizes: green line and highlighted number indicate length in cm; red line and bold number indicate circumference in cm.
For treating the thigh, hip, buttocks, and upper abdomen, choose from shorts or belt cuffs.
These cuffs are needed when lymphedema extends to the thigh and trunk also requires treatment. They are used in beauty treatments for cellulite, orange peel skin, and post-liposuction fat breakdown.
Shorts cuffs provide more effective treatment by completely encircling the thigh and buttocks area. The belt cuff resembles a mini skirt, so the inner thigh and lower buttocks are not treated.
The shorts cuff offers a full 360° treatment of the upper thigh, buttocks, and lower abdomen. Ideal for thigh-hip lymphedema treatment. Three rows of zippers allow size adjustment (smallest, middle, largest). Great for beauty purposes, such as cellulite and furrow treatments. The cuff contains built-in airhoses; no separate airhose is needed.
The belt cuff is applied where the thigh cuff ends (mid-thigh upwards) and fastened with Velcro. Less effective than shorts cuff but more affordable. Suitable for lymphedema and beauty care (cellulite). Requires a separate airhose. To select the correct size, measure your abdomen (just below the navel) and hip circumference.
P = shorts cuff - M-L belt waist cuff sizes: green line and highlighted number indicate length in cm; red line and bold number indicate circumference in cm.
In some cases, combining cuffs and using multiple cuffs simultaneously may be necessary.
However, do not use more than one cuff simultaneously if you have heart failure, post-infarction condition, cardiomyopathy, or uncontrolled high blood pressure.
The Power Q-2200 allows adjustment of key treatment parameters, making it ideal for mild to moderate lymphedema and varicose veins home maintenance therapy, post-thrombosis condition treatment, and more.
The device supports leg (M-L), arm (M-L), and waist (M-L shorts) cuffs. Refer to the size chart and measure your circumference to select the correct size!
Up to three cuffs (each with 4 chambers) can be connected simultaneously. Pressure is equal in all chambers.
The device offers 4 programs (A, B, C, D). Program B is the gentlest, followed by A, then D; C is the most intensive. Be patient: start with B or A and only switch to stronger programs if needed. All programs may be used for athlete muscle recovery or post-stroke rehabilitation.
Programs inflate from bottom to top: first the lower chamber inflates, then the next. Each inflated chamber exerts pressure on underlying tissue, "squeezing out" edema (lymph). Treatment time is settable to 15 or 30 minutes; the device stops automatically when time is up.
Follow your doctor or therapist's instructions.
General guidelines: Compression therapy aims to improve blood and lymph circulation without high pressure - excessive pressure is harmful. For initial treatments, use program A or B. Set pressure to 40 or 60 mmHg. Start with 15 minutes; observe results and increase to 30 minutes if needed. Better to perform multiple 30-minute sessions than infrequent long sessions. Limit daily treatment to 120 minutes. Be patient - allow 3-4 sessions to assess changes; avoid frequent adjustments.
1. Set treatment time: press the "T" button to choose 15 or 30 minutes.
2. Enable/disable airchambers: by default, all chambers inflate. To exclude certain chambers, touch the corresponding leg symbols; illuminated LEDs indicate active chambers.
3. Adjust treatment pressure: use "+" and "-" buttons. Selected value displays on screen. All active chambers inflate to equal pressure.
4. Select program: choose from 4 intensity programs. From gentlest to strongest: B, A, D, C. Program C provides the strongest and fastest treatment but may not suit everyone. Use program B if no special instructions.
5. & 6. Interval setting: for programs C and D, repeatedly press the interval button to set 5, 10, or 30 second pauses between cycles.
6. START/STOP button: press to start treatment with selected settings; press again to stop.
40-60 mmHg is sufficient to support lymphatic and venous circulation. International medical studies recommend this range. Higher pressures may cause microinjuries leading to tissue hardening over time. Excessive treatments may worsen your condition - avoid high pressure!
Exercise increased caution if you have heart disease, heart failure, cardiomyopathy, or post-infarction condition. Never exceed 40-50 mmHg, and only use one cuff at a time; multiple cuffs may overload circulation and cause heart problems.
Avoid direct treatment of malignant tumor tissue as it may promote spread. However, you may safely treat leg in thyroid cancer.
Regular use of the Power Q-2200 may lead to:
Treatment frequency and duration depend on condition and individual factors. Typically, sessions last 20-60 minutes and may be repeated once or multiple times daily if necessary. For best results, regular use over several weeks is recommended. Consult a lymph therapist for a personalized plan.
Machine-based compression therapy is inappropriate or requires caution and lower pressure in some cases.
