Contraindications
- DO NOT use on chest, shoulders, or back if you have an old type pacemaker or implanted cardioverter defibrillator. Electrical treatment near such devices may interfere with older implanted devices.
- DO NOT use on the abdomen during the first three months of pregnancy. It is unknown whether TENS and EMS affect fetal development.
- DO NOT use on the abdomen during the last 3-4 months of pregnancy.
