During TENS therapy, low-intensity electrical impulses stimulate nerve endings in two ways. According to the gate control theory, it blocks pain signals to the brain and stimulates natural endorphin production, resulting in long-lasting pain relief.
EMS technology directly stimulates muscles, promoting muscle strength increase, muscle mass development, rehabilitation after injury or illness, and toning and shaping of muscles.
Microcurrent therapy uses extremely low electrical stimulation to accelerate cell and tissue regeneration, promote healing, and provide effective pain relief.

Before treatment, clean the skin surface. Apply self-adhesive electrodes to the area to be treated according to the included instructions. The device has two channels, allowing treatment of two areas simultaneously. Proper adhesion of electrodes is key for effective treatment.
