How it works

Treatment programs

Incontinence programs

Stress incontinence

Urine leakage occurs during coughing, laughing, sneezing, or exercise. Typically caused by weakening of muscles supporting the bladder and urethra (due to childbirth, age, surgery, etc.).

Recommended use: once daily for 20 minutes. Improvements expected within 4 weeks.

Urge incontinence

A sudden, intense urge to urinate followed by involuntary leakage. Can be due to overactive or unregulated bladder muscle contractions (infection, neurological reasons, other conditions).

Recommended use: once daily, continuous mode, starting with 20 minutes per day. Improvements possible within 2 weeks.

Mixed incontinence

Combination of the above two types.

Recommended use: once daily for 20 minutes (first 10 minutes with stress incontinence program, second 10 minutes with urge incontinence program).

Other programs

Tone maintenance program (Tone)

For maintaining pelvic floor muscle tone once desired strength is reached. Also recommended for improving sexual health.

Recommended use: twice weekly for 20 minutes.

Pain relief program (Pain)

Uses TENS technology for alleviating chronic pelvic pain.
