Do you play sports, want to build muscle mass, or will every family member use it with their own treatment plan? Looking for an affordable, versatile 4-channel muscle stimulator? The Elite 150 fills exactly that gap: you can work on large muscle groups simultaneously on 4 channels (both thighs, abdomen, back), with 150 preset programs, and up to 10 users can build their own treatment plans with individual profiles. Sport, muscle mass increase, body shaping, beauty care, pain relief and post-surgical recovery – all in one device. Why choose the Elite 150? 4 channels at once You can treat two sides or two muscle groups simultaneously: both thighs, abdomen + back, or left-right upper + lower limb. You save time – in one session you can treat twice the area compared to a 2-channel device. 150 programs in 5 major groups 12 TENS pain-relief, 3 rehabilitation, 31 sports, 32 fitness/body-shaping, 36 beauty care and 36 3S sequential stimulation programs. You won't outgrow the device anytime soon. Multiuser – up to 10 people Family or team-level use: 10 users with individual profiles, their own treatment plans and favorites. The LAST 10 function keeps the last 10 used programs – no need to browse menus every time. Sport-focused, tailored for muscle mass building Hypertrophy, maximal strength, explosive power, endurance strength, active regeneration – each with dedicated programs. 0–120 mA intensity range for stronger muscle contractions. Is the Elite 150 right for my complaint? If you want to build muscle mass or get fit The hypertrophy, mass gain, shaping, firming and bio-pulse shaping programs are dedicated to building muscle mass and improving body tone. Measurable differences can appear in 6–8 week cycles with 3–4 sessions per week – especially when combined with regular exercise and balanced nutrition. If you train competitively or as a hobby 31 sport program variants: aerobic endurance, endurance strength, maximal strength, explosive power, reaction speed, hypertrophy, capillarization, active regeneration, pre-competition warm-up, post-competition recovery, stiffness relief. These are classic EMS training protocols – many professional athletes also use them as supplementary training. If several family members would use a single device The Elite 150 Multiuser function allows up to 10 people to have their own profile – everyone with separate Favorites and Last10 history. Parent-child-coach-partner: four different goals (pain relief, sport regeneration, body shaping, postpartum) on a single machine. You don't need to buy separate devices. If you are recovering from knee surgery, shoulder injury or muscle atrophy The 3 dedicated rehabilitation programs (post-ACL recovery, lower limb muscle atrophy, upper limb muscle atrophy) and the sport group's "re-athletizing" elements are designed for the postoperative phase. Use it only if your treating physician or physiotherapist has approved – never start rehabilitation on your own immediately after surgery. If you have recurring pain (neck, back, knee, shoulder) 12 dedicated TENS programs: pain-relief TENS, endorphin TENS, modulated TENS, bursitis-tendinitis, chronic pain, chronic lumbago, muscle pain, menstrual pain, neck pain, osteoarthritis, knee pain, shoulder pain. TENS is a drug-free alternative, and endorphin TENS can have longer-lasting effects – relief may persist for hours. If you want to shape your body or improve skin elasticity 32 fitness/body-shaping + 36 beauty programs: shaping, bio-pulse shaping, firming, toning, jogging, mass gain, breast firming/shaping, facial treatment (lifting effect, facial capillaries), invigorating massage, swelling reduction. The bio-pulse technology and 3S sequential stimulation provide gentler, more natural muscle activation. If you want to regain abdominal muscle tone after childbirth Two postpartum programs: "Post-pregnancy swelling reduction" and "Post-pregnancy firming." Both can be used safely after gynecological approval and after complete healing from cesarean section or perineal injury. More effective when combined with at-home breathing and pelvic floor training. If you have swollen arms, legs, or suffer from edema Several swelling-reduction programs are available: "Swollen arms", "Swelling reduction", "Bio-pulse swelling reduction" and the 3S sequential block's edema-treatment programs. Useful as an adjunct after prolonged sitting, for postoperative swelling or lymphatic drainage issues – to be used alongside medical care. How to use it step by step? 1 Log into your profile (Multiuser) If multiple family members use it, first select your profile. From here you can access Favorites and Last10 functions, which won't mix with others' settings. 2 Select the program Choose from the Hungarian menu (or 5 other European languages): medical treatment, sport, fitness/body-shaping, beauty care or 3S sequential stimulation. The backlit display is readable even in a dark room. 3 Apply the electrodes on 4 channels The package contains 4 adhesive 50×50 mm electrodes (for small areas) and 4 adhesive 50×90 mm electrodes (for larger muscle groups, e.g. thigh, abdomen). You can treat 2 sides at once (e.g. both thighs) or 2 muscle groups (abdomen + back). 4 Start – Feedback checks contact The device automatically detects whether the electrodes have good skin contact. If one falls off or is poorly applied, the feedback function automatically stops the current – you won't receive an unpleasant impulse. 5 Set the intensity (0–120 mA) You can adjust intensity per channel from 0 to 120 mA. TENS feels like a pleasant tingling, EMS produces strong but controllable muscle contractions at the appropriate level. The 120 mA peak allows achieving serious training-level muscle contractions – don't hesitate to use higher intensities during sport programs. 6 Sitting, lying down or combined with active movement Treatment time is adjustable from 1 to 99 minutes, but most factory programs run 20–30 minutes. You can read or watch TV during TENS; during sport programs it's worth performing active movements because voluntary and device-driven muscle activation together produce better results. What can you use it for – 150 programs in 5 major groups The Elite 150 offers five major program groups. What differentiates it from other Globus entry–mid-range machines is the 36 3S sequential stimulation programs, a more advanced, more natural muscle-activation technique. Medical treatments – 12 TENS + 3 rehabilitation programs TENS (12 programs): pain-relief TENS, endorphin TENS, modulated TENS, bursitis-tendinitis, chronic pain, chronic lumbago, muscle pain, menstrual pain, neck pain, osteoarthritis, knee pain, shoulder pain. Rehabilitation (3 programs): ACL post-operative recovery (anterior cruciate ligament surgery), lower limb muscle atrophy, upper limb muscle atrophy. Sport pack – 31 program variants The sport group targets muscle-fiber-specific abilities: aerobic endurance, endurance strength, maximal strength, explosive power, reaction speed, hypertrophy, capillarization, active regeneration, warm-up, pre-competition warm-up, post-competition recovery, stiffness relief, motor point pencil. Separate variants for all limb and trunk groups. Fitness and body-shaping – 32 programs Shaping, bio-pulse shaping, firming, toning, jogging, mass gain. Bio-pulse technology uses a variable waveform – gentler on the skin than classic square waves and providing a more natural muscle sensation. Beauty care – 36 programs Facial capillaries, lifting effect (facial treatment), bio-pulse swelling reduction, swelling reduction, swollen arms, invigorating massage, breast firming, breast shaping, connecting massage, post-pregnancy swelling reduction, post-pregnancy firming. It's recommended to build a beauty routine in 6–8 week cycles with 3–4 sessions per week. 3S sequential stimulation – 36 programs (highlighted feature) 3S sequential stimulation is Globus' proprietary development: the impulse reaches the different channels with a time shift, which more naturally imitates the biological pattern of muscle activation. Three main application areas: neurorehabilitation (supporting relearning of muscle function after stroke or paralysis), edema treatment (venous or lymphatic issues), regeneration improvement (faster recovery after training or surgery). LAST 10 and Multiuser – special functions LAST 10: the device automatically stores the last 10 used programs – you can restart them with one click, no need to browse the menu each time. Multiuser: up to 10 users can create their own profiles – everyone has separate Favorites and Last10 history. Ideal for family, couples or team-level use. Demo and instructional videos The videos below demonstrate the Globus 4-channel family and general usage. The user interface and principles are the same on the Elite 150. 1. Device presentation General presentation of 4-channel Globus devices and an overview of main functions. 2. Using programs and menu How to navigate the Hungarian menu system, choose a program, and set intensity per channel. 3. Electrode placement by body area Practical guide on how to place the 50×50 and 50×90 mm electrodes on the most common treatment areas. 4. Maintenance and accessories How to clean the device, when to replace electrodes, and which spare parts are available in the webshop. What's in the package? The Elite 150 4-channel starter kit – with all necessary accessories so you can start your first session right after unboxing. 1 pc Elite 150 device (4-channel) 4 pcs colored stimulation cables (1 per channel, different colors for easy identification) 4 pcs 50×50 mm adhesive TENS electrodes (for smaller areas, e.g. neck, wrist, elbow) 4 pcs 50×90 mm adhesive TENS electrodes (for larger areas, e.g. thigh, back, abdomen) 1 pc battery charger 1 pc carrying case 1 pc Hungarian user manual Electrode maintenance and replacement Adhesive electrodes lose adhesion gradually after 25–30 uses. Replace them when they no longer stick properly to the skin or when the gel layer is visibly worn. Compatible spare electrodes (5×5 cm and 5×9 cm) are available separately in our webshop. After use, return electrodes to their original protective film – this extends their life. Tips for longer life: apply to clean, dry, hairless skin, and remove gently from the corner instead of tearing. Battery and charging The device runs on a rechargeable 7.2 V, 1.8 Ah Ni-MH battery provided in the package, with the included charger. A full charge allows several hours of treatment, so with daily use you typically only need to charge 1–2 times per week. If you won't use it for a long time, recharge every 1–2 months to preserve battery life. Ni-MH batteries typically require replacement after 3–5 years of use. Frequently asked questions Can I use it with a pacemaker or implanted defibrillator? No. A pacemaker, implanted defibrillator (ICD) or any electronic cardiac rhythm device is an absolute contraindication. Electrotherapy impulses can interfere with the implant's function and may be life-threatening. This prohibition applies even for limb treatments – under no circumstances use the device if you have such an implant. Does a metal implant (screw, plate, prosthesis) affect use? According to modern literature, the presence of metal implants is generally not an absolute contraindication – see more details in this blog article about TENS and implants. Important: avoid treating directly over a fresh implant, inflammation, or loosening. If in doubt, consult your treating physician. What is the difference between the Elite 150 and the Premium 400? (both 4-channel) Both are 4-channel Globus devices but with different profiles: Elite 150: TENS + EMS/NMES + 3S sequential. 150 programs, sport and muscle-mass focus. DOES NOT include microcurrent; no dedicated Kotz or interferential current types. Premium 400: 5 current types, including microcurrent (MENS). 174 programs (53 sport + 44 sport-specific + 36 beauty + 23 microcurrent + 18 3S sequential). Sport-specific programs for disciplines (running, cycling, swimming, fencing, etc.). If your main focus is sport + muscle mass + family use → Elite 150 is a better value. If you need sport-specific programs or microcurrent for joint inflammation/slow wound healing → Premium 400. What is the difference between the Elite 150 and the Genesy 300 Pro? (both 4-channel) The two devices are designed for different user profiles: Elite 150: Focused on sport and multifunctional home use. Multiuser (10 users) + LAST 10 function. DOES NOT include microcurrent or iontophoresis treatment types. Genesy 300 Pro: Rehabilitation and classic TENS-EMS focus. 5 current types (including microcurrent, iontophoresis), more dedicated to rehabilitation and pain relief. If you need sport and family multi-use → Elite 150. If you need rehabilitation and classic electrotherapy → Genesy 300 Pro. What does 3S sequential stimulation mean and why is it useful? 3S sequential stimulation is Globus' proprietary development: the electrical impulse is time-shifted across channels so the muscle contraction travels in a wave rather than occurring all at once. This is closer to the natural pattern of muscle activation than conventional simultaneous impulses. Advantages: gentler on the muscle, a more natural sensation, and particularly useful in neurorehabilitation (relearning muscle function after stroke), edema treatment and regeneration. How many users can use the Multiuser function? The Elite 150 Multiuser system can handle up to 10 user profiles. Each user has separate Favorites and Last10 history, so program selections don't get mixed. Ideal for families (parents + children + training partner), home versions of gyms, or as a complementary device in physiotherapy practices. IMPORTANT: ALWAYS change or clean electrodes between users for hygiene – the adhesive electrode is a personal hygiene item. How often can I use it? Depends on program and goal. TENS pain relief: multiple times daily as needed, 15–20 min per session. Sport EMS (hypertrophy, strength): 2–3 times per week to allow muscle recovery. Active regeneration and capillarization: directly after training, possibly more frequently. Body shaping and beauty care: 3–4 times weekly in 6–8 week cycles. 3S sequential neurorehab: follow treating physician or physiotherapist guidance, typically 3–5 times weekly. What is the warranty and expected lifespan? Globus Corporation provides a 2-year manufacturer's warranty for the Elite 150. With proper maintenance, devices are typically designed for 8–10 years of active service. Most frequently replaced items are the adhesive electrode (15–30 uses) and the Ni-MH battery (3–5 years). The device is CE-certified, Class IIa medical device.
