Accessories can be purchased separately for the device. Different types and sizes of cuffs are available. Choose the cuff suitable for the area to be treated.

Arm, leg, and waist cuffs are designed for specific body parts. Up to three cuffs can be connected to the device and - if health allows - used simultaneously.

The arm cuff is especially suitable for treating arm edema after breast surgery. Leg cuffs are available up to knee or thigh length. Waist cuffs come as belts or pants for treating the upper thigh, hip, and lower abdomen.

Treatment of upper limbs

Lymphedema in the arm is usually unilateral – one arm cuff is generally sufficient. Athletes may use two arm cuffs for simultaneous treatment of both arms. Hook-and-loop fasteners secure the cuff under the underarm.

Arm cuff

Before purchase, measure your arm at the wrist, forearm, and upper arm under the underarm. Choose size M or L.

M–L arm cuff: green line and italic value=length in cm; red line and bold value=circumference in cm.

Treatment of lower limbs

First measure the ankle, calf, knee, and thigh. Knee-length and thigh-length cuffs (M–L–XL) are available. Extensions with zippers are possible if needed!

Knee-length leg cuff

Knee-length, specifically for post-thrombotic syndrome treatment (treatment can start only 3–4 months after thrombosis). Suitable only for edema up to foot or ankle; longer cuff needed for higher edema.

Thigh-length leg cuff

Ideal for lymphedema, lipedema, varicose vein complaints, post-thrombotic states, and muscle regeneration. Can be used individually or in pairs, expandable.

Treatment of waist, buttocks and abdomen

Pant and belt cuffs cover the upper thigh, hip, buttocks, and abdomen areas. These cuffs are needed if lymphedema reaches the thigh. Suitable also for cosmetic applications like cellulite and cavitation.

Pant cuff

Fully encircles the thigh, buttocks, and lower abdomen. Triple zipper provides wide size range (small–medium–maximum). Built-in airhose; no additional airhose purchase needed.

Belt cuff

Belt-shaped with hook-and-loop fastener. Less effective than pant cuff but cheaper. Suitable for lymphoedema and cosmetic treatments (cellulite).

Cuff combinations

Sometimes simultaneous use of multiple cuffs is advisable. Contraindicated in heart failure, infarction, cardiomyopathy or untreated high blood pressure.

Before starting treatment, set the correct pressure and duration. Pressure can be adjusted from 20 to 300 mmHg, though 40–60 mmHg is sufficient for most sessions. Treatment time ranges from 0 to 30 minutes; begin with 20 minutes for initial treatments. The air chambers inflate in sequence—ankle-calf-knee-thigh for legs and hand-forearm-elbow-upper arm for arms—to ensure optimal circulation.

Safety Instructions and Contraindications

Do not use the device in cases of fresh deep vein thrombosis due to the risk of dislodging a clot. Avoid use on skin infections such as erysipelas, as massage could spread the infection. Exercise caution in patients with heart disease, heart failure, cardiomyopathy, or post-infarction; never exceed 40–60 mmHg and use only one cuff at a time. Consult an oncologist before treating cancer patients; avoid direct treatment of active tumors.

Treatment Frequency and Duration

Determine optimal frequency and duration individually based on condition severity. Generally, multiple shorter sessions (20–30 minutes) are preferable to fewer long ones. Total daily treatment time should not exceed 120 minutes.

Expected Effects

Patience is key: lymphedema does not resolve in a single session. Noticeable improvements typically appear after 5–10 consecutive treatments. With regular use, blood and lymph circulation improve, swelling and tension decrease, and discomfort is relieved.
