Accessories are available separately for the device. Various types and sizes of cuffs are available. Choose the cuff suitable for the desired body part treatment.

Arm, leg, and waist cuffs are designed for the respective body parts. Up to three cuffs can be connected to the device and, if health status allows, used simultaneously.

The arm cuff is especially suitable for treating arm edema after breast surgery. Leg cuffs are available in lengths up to the knee or thigh. Waist cuffs come as belt or pant styles for treating the upper thigh, hip, and lower abdomen.

Treatment of upper limbs

Lymphedema in the arm usually affects one side — a single arm cuff is typically sufficient. Athletes may use two arm cuffs to treat both arms simultaneously. Velcro fasteners secure the cuff under the underarm.

Arm cuff

Before purchase, measure your arm at the wrist, forearm, and upper arm below the underarm. Choose size M or L.

M–L arm cuff: green line and italic value=length in cm; red line and bold value=circumference in cm.

Treatment of lower limbs

First measure the ankle, calf, knee, and thigh. Knee-length and thigh-length cuffs (M–L–XL) are available. They can be extended with zippers if needed!

Half-length leg cuff

Knee-length, particularly used for post-thrombotic syndrome treatment (treatment starts only 3–4 months after thrombosis). Suitable only for edema up to foot or ankle; longer cuffs needed for higher edema.

Thigh-length leg cuff

Ideal for lymphedema, lipedema, varicose complaints, post-thrombotic conditions, and muscle regeneration. Usable individually or in pairs, expandable.

Treatment of waist, buttocks, and abdomen

Pant and belt cuffs are available for the upper thigh, hip, buttocks, and abdomen. These cuffs are necessary if lymphedema extends to the thigh. Also suitable for cosmetic applications such as cellulite and cavitation.

Pant cuff

Fully encircles the thigh, buttocks, and lower abdomen. Features a three-row zipper for a wide size range (small–medium–maximum). Built-in airhose; no additional airhose purchase needed.

Belt cuff

Belt-shaped with Velcro fastening. Less effective than pant cuff but cheaper. Suitable for lymphoedema and aesthetic treatments (cellulite).

Cuff combinations

Sometimes simultaneous use of multiple cuffs is advisable. Contraindicated in heart failure, infarction, cardiomyopathy, or untreated high blood pressure.

Before starting treatment, set the appropriate pressure and duration. Pressure is adjustable between 20 and 300 mmHg, although most treatments require only 40-60 mmHg. Duration can be set between 0 and 30 minutes; start initial treatments with 20 minutes.

Safety instructions and contraindications

Observe the safety instructions carefully. Do not use in acute deep vein thrombosis; external pressure may dislodge clots and cause pulmonary embolism. Avoid use with skin infections such as erysipelas, as massage may spread the infection.

In heart disease, heart failure, cardiomyopathy, or post-heart attack state, never exceed 40-60 mmHg pressure and use only one cuff at a time. For cancer patients, consult an oncologist before treatment; avoid direct treatment of active tumors.

Treatment frequency and duration

Frequency and duration should be individualized. Generally, shorter, more frequent treatments (20-30 minutes) are better than infrequent longer ones. Total daily treatment time should not exceed 120 minutes (on the same area).

Expected effects

Patience is key - lymphedema cannot be eliminated in a single session. Noticeable improvement usually appears after 5-10 consecutive treatments. With regular use, blood and lymph circulation improve, swelling, tension, and pain decrease.

Pressure setting guidelines

Follow the instructions of your doctor or therapist.

General guidelines:

• Low pressure (40-50 mmHg) is sufficient for improving circulation; high pressure can be harmful.
• Start with 40-50 mmHg for the first treatments lasting 20 minutes.
• Monitor and increase pressure if necessary, but do not exceed 60 mmHg.
• Prefer multiple 20-30 minute sessions rather than one long session of up to 120 minutes daily.
• Be patient; evaluate changes after 3-4 treatments and avoid adjusting settings in every session.

Risks of incorrect treatment

Use 40-60 mmHg for lymphatic and venous circulation support. Higher pressure may cause micro-injuries and tissue hardening. Aggressive treatment can worsen conditions - avoid high pressure!

In heart disease, heart failure, cardiomyopathy, or post-infarction state, never exceed 40-50 mmHg and use only one cuff to avoid overloading circulation. Do not treat active tumors directly, but it is safe to treat areas away from tumors, e.g., legs for thyroid cancer patients.
