Accessories can be purchased separately for the device. Various types and sizes of cuffs are available. Choose the cuff suitable for the desired body part treatment.

Arm, leg, and waist cuffs are designed for the respective body parts. Up to three cuffs can be connected to the device and used simultaneously if health allows.

The arm cuff is especially suitable for treating arm edema after breast surgery. Leg cuffs come in knee-high or thigh-high lengths. Waist cuffs are available as belt or pant type for treating upper thigh, hip, and lower abdomen.

Upper limb treatment

Lymphoedema on the arm is usually one-sided – one arm cuff is generally sufficient. Athletes may use two arm cuffs to treat both arms simultaneously. The cuffs are secured with Velcro under the underarm.

Arm cuff

Before purchase, measure your arm at the wrist, forearm, and underarm part of the upper arm. Choose size M or L.

M–L arm cuff: green line and italic value=length in cm; red line and bold value=circumference in cm.

Lower limb treatment

Measure the ankle, calf, knee, and thigh. Knee-length and thigh-length cuffs (M–L–XL) are available. Optional zipper extension can increase size!

Half-high leg cuff

Knee-length, specifically for post-thrombotic syndrome treatment (treatment starts only 3-4 months after thrombosis). Used for edema only up to foot or ankle; for higher edema, a long cuff is required.

Thigh-high leg cuff

Ideal for lymphoedema, lipedema, varicose complaints, post-thrombotic conditions, and muscle regeneration. Can be used individually or in pairs, expandable.

Trunk, buttocks and abdomen treatment

Pant and belt cuffs are available for upper thigh, hip, buttocks, and abdomen treatment. These cuffs are necessary if lymphoedema extends up to the thigh. Suitable also for cosmetic treatments like cellulite and cavitation.

Pant cuff

Fully surrounds thighs, buttocks, and lower abdomen. Features triple zipper offering wide size range (small-medium-max). Built-in airhose; no extra airhose purchase needed.

Waist cuff

Belt-shaped with Velcro fastening. Less effective than pant cuff but cheaper. Suitable for lymphoedema and aesthetic treatments (cellulite).

Cuff combinations

Sometimes simultaneous use of multiple cuffs is advisable. Contraindicated in heart failure, infarction, cardiomyopathy, or untreated high blood pressure.

Before starting treatment, set the appropriate pressure and duration. The device operates at 20–300 mmHg, though most treatments require 40–60 mmHg. Treatment time is adjustable from 0 to 30 minutes; begin with 20 minutes for initial sessions. Inflation occurs sequentially: for legs, ankle–calf–knee–thigh; for arms, hand–forearm–elbow–upper arm, ensuring optimal circulation.

Safety and Contraindications

Do not use in acute deep-vein thrombosis due to the risk of clot displacement and pulmonary embolism. Avoid use with skin infections (e.g., erysipelas) as massage can spread infection. Patients with heart disease, heart failure, cardiomyopathy, or post-infarction must use caution—do not exceed 40–60 mmHg and use only one cuff at a time. Consult an oncologist before use in cancer; avoid treating active tumors directly.

Treatment Frequency and Duration

Treatment plans should be personalized. Generally, shorter, more frequent sessions (20–30 minutes) are preferable to long, infrequent ones. Daily treatment should not exceed 120 minutes.

Expected Effects

Results appear gradually, typically after 5–10 sessions. With regular use, blood and lymph circulation improve, swelling and tension decrease, and symptoms are alleviated.

General Guidelines

• Goal: improve circulation without high pressure.
• Start initial sessions at 40–50 mmHg for 20 minutes.
• Increase pressure if needed, not exceeding 60 mmHg.
• Prefer multiple short sessions over one long session; max 120 minutes per day.
• Be patient; measurable changes often require 3–4 sessions.
