From my introductory video you can find out who I am and what goals drive me when creating the vlog and the blog.
If you feel that "something’s coming" – a scratchy throat, runny nose, sneezing – you know you’ve been hit by a cold again. Adults get it on average 2–4 times a year, children even 6–10 times. The common cold (the common cold) is the most frequent infectious disease worldwide – about 17 billion cases occur globally each year. The bad news: there is no medicine that cures it. The viruses that cause the common cold cannot be treated with antibiotics. The good news is that there is a simple, inexpensive and scientifically supported method that can help shorten the illness and relieve symptoms: salt therapy, especially nasal irrigation and gargling with hypertonic saline. In this guide I will show what the latest research says and how you can use it at home.
The frequency of the ultrasound wave primarily determines how deeply it can penetrate the tissues and thus what kind of effect it can produce. I discuss this in this section. Click here to SUBSCRIBE to be notified about my next video
These days replicas are enjoying a renaissance… You have surely experienced that when you buy a significantly cheaper, Chinese-made “replica” of a product, you do not get the same performance. In my childhood, for example, Matchbox cars were popular but expensive. Not everyone could afford them. So many people gifted the much cheaper Chinese knockoffs, which of course often fell apart under the Christmas tree during the first play, causing tears and wailing. My preserved Matchbox cars, however, were played with by my children for years and we put them away in excellent condition for the next generation of the family…
Acute and chronic conditions require ultrasound beams of different strengths (intensities). A recent condition, one a few weeks old, and one that has been present for several months must be treated differently. You can learn more from my video. The ultrasound beam can be continuous or pulsed (intermittent). Continuous beams deliver "a lot" of energy, which is excellent for chronic complaints, while fresh injuries are very sensitive to high energy, so in such cases pulsed (with short pauses) ultrasound is appropriate. Details in the film.
Cavitation is a beauty treatment application in which a low-frequency ultrasound can “release” the fat droplet from the fat cell. With professional cavitation ultrasound, 10–14 treatments can remove 2–3 cm of circumference from the abdomen, hips, thighs, etc. However, not every ultrasound has a meaningful cavitation effect! Ultrasound treatment doesn't require much time. You can learn the simple rules for determining the treatment time from this video. Click here to SUBSCRIBE to be notified about my next video
One cosmetic application of ultrasound is cavitation, which is used to break down fat tissue. However, you should know that the cavitation effect depends on the ultrasound frequency, so not all ultrasound has a significant fat-reducing effect. You can expect a strong cavitation effect only at frequencies below 640 kHz, while therapeutic 1 MHz ultrasound produces a minimal effect, and 3 MHz an almost negligible one. From spring to autumn, millions of weeds bloom along ditches, agricultural fields and neglected gardens and begin releasing their pollen. Many people react sensitively when they come into contact with these. This is hay fever, also known as allergic rhinitis. Many different pollens can trigger it, such as hazel, poplar, ragweed or wild hemp. Its symptoms include nasal congestion, itchy eyes and endless sneezing.
Dear Doctor! My mother recently began complaining of sudden, very severe back pain. I took her to the emergency clinic, where several vertebrae in her back were found to be collapsed. Further examinations revealed a large tumor in her left breast that had metastasized to the lymph nodes, the spine, the lungs and the liver. They said it is inoperable… She was given a morphine patch for the severe pain.
