Accessories can be purchased separately for the device. Various types and sizes of cuffs are available. Choose the cuff suitable for the treatment of the desired body part.

Arm, leg, and waist cuffs are designed for their respective body areas. You can connect up to three cuffs to the device and use them simultaneously if the health condition permits.

The arm cuff is particularly suitable for treating arm edema after breast surgery. Leg cuffs are available either knee-length or thigh-length. Waist cuffs can be selected as belt or pant styles for treating the upper thigh, hip, and lower abdomen.

Treatment of upper limbs

Lymphedema occurring on the arm is usually unilateral—a single arm cuff is generally sufficient. Athletes may use two arm cuffs to treat both arms simultaneously. Velcro straps secure the cuff under the underarm.

Arm cuff

Before purchase, measure your arm at the wrist, forearm, and the part of the upper arm under the underarm. Choose size M or L.

Treatment of lower limbs

First, measure ankle, calf, knee, and thigh. Knee-length and thigh-length cuffs (M–L–XL) are available. Extendable with zipper inserts if needed!

Half-height leg cuff

Knee-length, especially used for post-thrombotic syndrome treatment (treatment can begin only 3–4 months after thrombosis). Use only for edema up to foot or ankle; higher edema requires long cuff.

Thigh-length leg cuff

Ideal for lymphedema, lipedema, varicose complaints, post-thrombotic conditions, and muscle recovery. Can be used individually or in pairs and extended.

Treatment of waist, buttocks, and abdomen

Pant and belt cuffs can be selected for the upper thigh, hip, buttocks, and abdomen. These cuffs are needed when lymphedema reaches the thigh. Also suitable for cosmetic treatments such as cellulite and cavitation.

Pant cuff

Fully surrounds the thigh, buttocks, and lower abdomen. Offers wide size range with triple zipper (small–medium–maximum). Integrated airhose; no need to purchase additional airhose.

Belt cuff

Belt-shaped with Velcro fastening. Less effective than pant cuff but cheaper. Suitable for lymphoedema and cosmetic treatments (cellulite).

Cuff combinations

Sometimes simultaneous use of multiple cuffs is advisable. Contraindicated in heart failure, infarction, cardiomyopathy, or uncontrolled high blood pressure.

Before starting treatment, set the appropriate pressure and duration. Pressure can be adjusted from 20 to 300 mmHg, though most treatments require only 40-60 mmHg. Duration can be set from 0 to 30 minutes; start initial treatments at 20 minutes.

Airchambers inflate in sequence—legs: ankle-calf-knee-thigh; arms: hand-forearm-elbow-upper arm—for optimal circulation improvement.

Safety instructions and contraindications

Follow safety instructions carefully. Do not use in acute deep vein thrombosis; external pressure can dislodge clots causing pulmonary embolism. Avoid use with skin infections such as erysipelas, as massage may spread infection.

In cases of heart disease, heart failure, cardiomyopathy, or post-heart attack, never exceed 40-60 mmHg and use only one cuff at a time. Consult an oncologist before treatment in cancer patients; avoid direct treatment of active tumors.

Treatment frequency and duration

Frequency and duration should be individualized. Generally, shorter, more frequent treatments (20-30 minutes) are better than infrequent longer ones. Total daily treatment should not exceed 120 minutes on the same area.

Expected effects

Patience is key—lymphedema cannot be cured in one session. Noticeable improvement usually occurs after 5-10 consecutive treatments. Regular use improves blood and lymph circulation, reduces swelling, tension, and pain.

Pressure setting guidelines

Follow physician or therapist instructions.

General guidelines:

• Low pressure (40-50 mmHg) suffices for improving circulation; high pressure can be harmful.
• Start initial treatments at 40-50 mmHg for 20 minutes.
• Monitor and increase pressure if needed, but never exceed 60 mmHg.
• Prefer multiple 20-30 minute sessions rather than one long daily session up to 120 minutes.
• Be patient—after 3-4 treatments, evaluate changes; avoid modifying settings each session.

Risks of incorrect treatment

Use 40-60 mmHg for lymphatic and venous circulation support. Higher pressure may cause micro-injuries and tissue hardening. Aggressive treatment may worsen condition—avoid high pressure!

In heart disease, heart failure, cardiomyopathy, or post-infarction, never exceed 40-50 mmHg and use only one cuff at a time to avoid overburdening circulation. Do not treat active tumors directly but feel free to treat areas far from tumors, e.g., legs in thyroid cancer patients.
