The StimVet 200 is a muscle and pain-relieving electrostimulation device for pets.
In veterinary rehabilitation and physiotherapy, electricity is used for two basic purposes: to reduce pain and to stimulate the excitatory tissues (muscles).
Electricity promotes the analgesic effect through membrane hyperpolarization according to gate control theory and increased levels of hyperemia and morphine-like mediators.
