B-Cure Laser Classic softlaser /LLLT device
B-Cure Laser is based on LLLT (Low Level Laser Therapy) technology, also known as Cold Laser, Soft Laser or Phototherapy Laser. The device emits a low-level laser beam in the range of 1-1000mW. It is a coherent monochromatic beam of light, with one defined wavelength, that moves in one phase and in one direction.
Being an LLLT based device, B-Cure Laser exerts photochemical effects rather than thermal effects on living tissues. It works on the skin surface, while simultaneously penetrating deeply through the skin tissue with no heating effect and without damaging the skin.
Biostimulation: When laser light is absorbed by a living tissue, it triggers biological reactions in the cells. A variety of endogenous chemical substances are produced in the cells and carried by blood and lymphatic flow to other parts of the system. Hence, the effects of cold laser light may be more than only local, and can also achieve wide systemic effects.
No protective goggles needed – Due to its innovative electro-optic mechanism the wide energy distribution enables use of the B-Cure Laser device, without requiring protective goggles for eye-safety.

The main and the most important effect of laser light on cells, is the accelerated production of ATP (Adenosine TriPhosphate). This process is called ‘biostimulation’. Soft laser, soft laser, cold laser, low intensity laser are the same device. Treatment with it charges the cells with energy. Its effect is biostimulation, i.e. laser beam initiates and stimulates healing and regeneration.
How to perform soft laser treatment
- The device is placed on the painful area and held there for 5-8 minutes.
- If the area is larger than the treatment head covers, it should be moved until the whole area is treated.
- Treatments should be repeated 2-4 times a day until complete healing (at least 10 days is recommended).
- For fresh injuries, up to 10 treatments can be performed on the first day.
- Laser treatment should be applied directly to the skin, it is not appropriate to treat through a cloth or bandage!
