The terms lymphatic massage machine, pneumatic compression machine or pressure therapy machine refer to the same device - there is no difference between them.

Choose a cuff depending on what symptoms you have.
Lymphedema associated with the arm is usually unilateral, meaning you may need a piece of cuff. If you are buying the device as an athlete to improve muscle regeneration, it is worth buying 2 arm cuffs so that you can handle both arms at the same time. The arm cuff has a velcro strap that allows you to secure it under your opposite armpit.
Half-length leg cuff
This approx. knee-length cuff specifically for the treatment of a condition after thrombosis (post-thrombotic syndrome). It can be started 3-4 months after thrombosis to treat the residual symptoms of thrombosis. This cuff can be used for lymphedema only if the swelling spreads to the foot, up to the ankle. If higher than this, a long cuff is required.
Thigh-length leg cuff
This cuff is excellent for the treatment of lymphedema, varicose veins, post-thrombosis of the feet. For athletes to improve muscle regeneration. Depending on whether your edema affects one side or both of your legs, you can only buy one piece of cuffs or of course a pair. If the “basic” dimensions are not appropriate, the size can be “enlarged” with the expanders.
Waist (torso) cuff
Buy it if your lymphedema extends all the way to your thighs. In this case, in addition to the feet, your torso must also be treated. You should place the cuff belt-like, starting from where the top of the thigh cuff is. It can also be used to treat cellulite and cellulite - although pants are more effective in this.
It makes the treatment of the upper thigh, buttocks and lower abdomen more effective. Optimal adjunct to beauty treatments, especially for cellulite, cellulite and after cavitation.
In some cases, it may be necessary to combine the cuffs, i.e., use multiple cuffs simultaneously. These combinations should not be used despite heart failure, post-infarction condition, cardiomyopathy, treatment for hypertension.
Waist and leg cuffs
In lymphoid and fatty edema (lymphedema and lipoedema), as well as in cosmetic treatments (enhancing the effect of cellulite, cellulite, cavitation). This combination is cheaper but somewhat less effective than the next.
HalfPant and leg cuffs
It is an optimal combination for cosmetic treatments (cellulite, cellulite, after cavitation) and laryngeal edema that also spreads to the thigh and hips, as well as for the treatment of lipedema.
Selecting the proper cuff size
It is important to select the most accurate cuff size. Therefore, measure the circumference of your arms, feet and trunk. Choosing the correct size will result in a more effective treatment.
Use the following locations on the body to measure circumference:
- when using the leg cuff: ankle - leg - kneecap - top of thigh (upper-thigh)
- when using the arm cuff: wrist - forearm - upper arm circumference (below the armpit)
- when using the waist cuff (abdominal band): waist circumference, measured at the width of the palm below the navel - hip
Sizes M-L-XL can be selected from the legcuff, M-L from the arm and M-L from the waist. An additional extender is also available for the leg cuffs.

How to set up the Power Q-1000 Plus?
Start the treatment with a pressure of 40-50 mmHg and set the treatment time to 10-15 minutes.
Observe the effect of the treatment and increase the pressure if necessary (but never set it higher than 60 mmHg). You can also increase the treatment time. Treat it more often and briefly than for a long time. The total treatment time should not exceed 120 minutes per day.
Be patient! You can only measure the effect of the change after 3-4 treatments. Don't rush! It makes no sense to change after each treatment.
Dangers of improper handling
A pressure of 20-60 mmHg is sufficient to help the lymphatic and venous blood circulation. International medical studies consistently recommend this pressure range.
Treatment with a higher pressure will cause micro-injuries, which over time may cause the edematous part to “harden”. Too "violent, impatient" treatment can make your condition worse - so avoid applying high pressure!
Even greater caution is required after heart disease, heart failure, cardiomyopathy, heart infection. Never apply higher pressure than 40-50 mmHg and use only 1 cuff at a time! Using multiple cuffs can strain your circulation and this can lead to heart complaints.
Do not treat tumor tissue directly as it may help it spread. De pl. in case of thyroid tumor you can safely treat your feet.
